He was willing to wrestle with the other owner's insurance company to get the complicate, multi-panel repair done at a price that worked for me. He also provided service after the initial work, in that he had to order a small part not related to the accident. The best part? Terrific communication! I was able to submit pictures of my damage to get a preliminary estimate which was right in the price range I thought it would be. Took the car in and my in person estimate was very similar to the initial one. I needed to keep repairs under a certain amount and they were super understanding and worked with me to get the repair I was looking for. They texted me updates of the progress, were able to get the car fixed in record time, there were puppies there at one point, they gave me flowers when I picked up my car, and they let me borrow a loaner car while they had my car. I definitely thought it was all too good to be true and was waiting for something bad to happen but it went flawlessly. I will definitely be taking my car here if I need to in the future and will be referring anyone I know to use them.
