Sasan was great. I needed a passenger side mirror and didn't want to pay dealer prices. He scoped out a used Toyota mirror identical to the one I had that was broken on the used market and put it on with a minimum of fuss. The mirror had a tiny speck on it - I had to look hard to see it. He advised me to get a tiny bottle touchup paint from the dealer to fix that, rather than have him do it, because he'd have to charge labor. I knew I wanted to use him if I ever needed body work, because a year or two ago, he talked me out of some minor body work on my 9 year old car, saying it would have nothing to do with rust prevention. So this guy had turned down a few hundred bucks of work in order to be perfectly honest with me. I was glad I went back when my mirror broke. read more

The owner Sasan spent almost 40 min talking to my 19yr grandson about his car that was deemed a salvage car. Such little damage in the front it was heartbreaking that the mechanical damage cost so much. Only 4-5 miles per hour. The ins told us we had to go to this one place and got no info from them and I wanted a second opinion. I had a chance to bring my car to any body shop in Chicago but I choose NBW due to the great reviews from other customers who brought their car to Sasan. Honestly, I was expecting Sasan to look at my car and slap a quick assessment but I was wrong - he took the time to look at it and gave me options from best to worst case. I appreciated the effort he had to explain the procedure and technique he will use to get the dent out. It was a small job but he treated me like it was a big job. I dropped off the car and less than 24 hours - he called me to keep me up-to-date and what he discovered, the repair will cost a bit more due to what he discovered due to the color of the paint that was needed to make this fix transparent to the rest of the car. He called me an hour ahead of when the car was ready to pickup and walked me thru the finished part of my dent - I was amazed on the work performed. The dent was dent-no-more, vanished and perfect. There were a small scratch away from the repair and I noticed he brushed that up with paint also - He went above and beyond to make the entire car look good. I took my 2007 Honda in to the have the front bumper cover re-attached properly after it hung up on the curb while being parked. What a mess. I made an appointment. We inspected the car together everything was explained to me perfectly. Parts were ordered on speaker phone from Honda while I listened in. The car was repaired the next day. When I picked it up the bill was $4 less than I had been quoted. That made me smile. Also the car had been washed and was in great shape. Excellent, friendly customer service. They will call a rental agency to pick you up and deal with the insurance agency to save you the hassle. They do right by the customer in getting you a great deal and still high quality. Work quality was excellent. Only potential drawback is that service time was average but if average is your worst quality that's 4.5 stars in my book.
