I paid extra to have it made digitally so it could be replaced without going through the process of dental casting again. I've contacted his office manager via phone three times without receiving any response other than he's looking into it. I've now sent an email directly to Dr Councill and have received no response after 7 days. This is a disgusting display of unprofessional as well as a complete lack of common courtesy one human should give another. I left the clinic initially because his technician and front desk help were very rude. (Neither is employed there anymore). Now due to his hurt ego. I'll have to spend $8-$10,000 to have a new plate made.

It does not even look or feel like a dental office. It's like you're walking into someone's beautiful home mixed with a relaxing spa, full of cool artwork and good vibes! I was instantly met with a welcoming smile by Taylor at the front desk. Susan was friendly and gentle when taking me back for X-rays. The entire staff is just so kind and wonderful. You can tell that they genuinely care and want to make you feel comfortable from the paperwork to the X-rays to the treatment. I had a broken filling that needed to be replaced. The massage chairs really helped me relax as I watched tv on the ceiling. And it went great! The shot is usually the worst part for me, but it was nothing here. Dr Melanie is the BEST!!! I loved seeing her! She and Brittany kept me at ease and made sure I didn't have pain the whole time they were fixing my tooth. I wasn't even sore the next day. It was like a dream! Thank you guys!

I have not had luck with them calling back when I leave VMs and was told I had to pay 100.00 dollars for a rescheduling fee due to late cancellation. While I understand consequences, the first time I tested positive for COVID and the second was Strep. It's possible they think I'm lying, but I'm not. They also claim I've had four late cancels, but that's just inaccurate. I think they may be combining with my husband, who is his own person with his own record. I'm really disappointed in a healthcare system that doesn't know how to balance consequences with real life getting in the way. Not mention, my respectful decision to not get them Ill. I also showed up to an appt while I was pregnant to get cavities handled. They knew how pregnant I was and the front desk said it would be ok. When I got to the appt they said oh no, we can't see you. They said I was too pregnant. Does that count for a late cancel for them?

I didn't have a dentist in Asheville yet, so I searched around for one with good reviews. I was able to get an appointment very quickly, and Dr. Peterson did a great job with the filling. I ended up making a new patient appointment after that, and my teeth were cleaned, X-rayed and photographed at angles I never knew existed. They don't cut corners here! I've since had some 10-year-old fillings replaced by Dr. Peterson, as well as new composites on my two front teeth where the old ones had chipped. The composite repair took several tries because of difficulties matching my tooth color, but they made it right with no extra charges. I have been blown away by the amazing customer service at this practice, and the overall kindness and awesomeness from everyone I've interacted with here. Price wise- well, I didn't comparison shop, but I'm thinking the prices here are about average for a high quality dentist. You get what you pay for. This place is worth it!
