Dr. Sullens is tremendously skilled and kind. She has built a wonderful culture with her staff as well to be courteous, kind and make a positive experience for the patient. I went to Dr. Sullens because my tooth had chipped. My previous dentist said we would have to pull it, so I wanted a second opinion. Dr. Sullens FIXED MY TOOTH, and in nearly a year, I have had absolutely no problems with it. She also filled three other teeth, and she did a great job, with NO PAIN during the procedures. She was very nice and professional and explained everything she was doing. To be absolutely honest, my dental experience with Dr. Sullens is the BEST I have ever had! Yes, she does handle several patients at a time, but I did not find that offputting at all because the place runs like clockwork. I found the entire staff very friendly, and they go out of their way to be helpful. When I had questions about my insurance, the front desk person went out of her way to print everything that I could not see in my BCBS dental insurance portal. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Sullens and her entire staff, and for the first time in my life, I do not dread going to the dentist. read more

Dr. Sullens is a wonderful, caring person. She was very considerate of our limited income (on Social Security), and fixed a missing tooth at very little cost. Other dentists probably would have insisted a crown or tooth implant was the only way to go. I wouldn't even consider another dentist. read more

Would not recommend this office. I chose this office because they were listed as "in network" with my insurance. I even confirmed this on the phone when I made appointments for my family and I. After dental cleanings for my family and I, we were presented with $300 in dental bills, stating that they are not in network. I called to ask about the network status and was told to call the insurance company and ask them to change my plan and then refile the claims. I pay premiums for dental insurance and want to use providers in my network, had I known they were not in network I would have gone elsewhere. I own a healthcare practice and understand how this works and train my staff to answer these questions correctly. Or I eat the cost if the mistake is on my end. Buyer beware... if you are expecting to use your insurance here, check, double check and triple check! read more

I had a horrible experience here. The customer service is the worst I've ever seen. I had the wrong type of crown put on my tooth, and now it looks like I have a grey/blue tooth in my mouth. I've asked for a refund, called many times and left voicemails, and have not received any communication in return. read more

My son and I both go to Dr. Sullens. I have also recommended her to a friend who now takes both of her kids to Dr. Sullens. She found a problem with my teeth on my first visit that no other dentist has ever mentioned, she also recommended how to fix it! She has a great sense of humor without being unprofessional.
