Gerry took a look at it, pronounced it not a big deal and said he could easily fix it. I made an appointment and showed up first thing in the morning. When Ed (Gerry's brother) arrived, he examined it and told me he could fix it in five minutes. I think it took him three. And he did a beautiful job - scratch disappeared, looks like new again. The price? Well, I think it comes out to a lunch for Ed. Now, ours was really a minor job, but the professionalism of Gerry and Ed was so evident. They know their stuff and they are friendly and efficient in their work. If we needed serious body repair we would come here, and we would recommend them over anyone else we know of in this area. It's fun to write about good folks doing good work - thanks, fellas.

He really worked with me to fit the repair into my budget and I could NOT be more pleased with the results! Not only did they do a beautiful job painting my car, fixing a fender and cutting out and replacing a piece of my rear fender that was rusting, but they also fixed my headlights that had become foggy over time. I didn't even ask for that! They just cared enough to make the repair so I'd be safer out on the road. I'm VERY pleased with their work and DEFINITELY recommend them. Thanks, Gerry!

While…read morecloser-to-me Honda dealers advertised MSRP + additional dealer charges (despite end-of-year pricing proximity), Sullivan Honda advertised discounted pricing while having superior inventory choice. In-person negotiation and sale were pleasantly personable without the typical pressure and B.S.. Salesman Jessie Santiago tolerated my fussiness and ensured my satisfaction during and following the sale. My one visit to their service department was also a positive experience. I highly recommend Sullivan Honda.

"Do you remember Hullabaloo, Upbeat, Shindig and Ed Sullivan…read moretoo?. Do You Remember Rock 'N' Roll radio?" (The Ramones) Quick question: which circle of misery do you dread most--doing your taxes, shoveling that cement grade driveway snow, or buying a car? Good news: I'm officially crossing one torment off the list, because our trip to Sullivan Honda was shockingly fantastic. Dave Paolino was just sensational. He was personable and not pushy or aggressive. We got a fair deal on a wonderful new 2026 CRV and a good value on our trade-in. Sullivan was the third dealer we visited, and the difference in how we were treated was noticeable. One dealer, after we spent fifteen minutes at his desk going over everything, didn't even ask for our names and contact information after we got up to leave. In another dealership, one salesman handed us off to a rookie after a few minutes who probably knew less about the makes and models than I did. We had a positive experience at Sullivan starting with the minute we walked in. After Dave introduced himself, he walked us around the showroom and the lot, answered our questions, explained the new features and technology that are light years beyond what we had in our ten-year-old model, and sent us off on a solo unaccompanied test drive. He looked at our existing car and soon wrote us out a clear to read written proposal with trade-in allowance for a new one. We wrapped things up a few days later and now have that brand new CRV. I must admit that navigating that Infotainment screen is a bit challenging and I need to get better at using the maps, apps, music, etc. I also want to give a shoutout to Sam the Android Tech and John in Finance who helped us along the way.

The option they gave me was that they would return my money back at a prorated amount. They never contacted me back. I asked for a bumper to bumper plan. They claimed to have replaced a ground cable. The trucks has a code for an exhaust regen issue and def. I had a mechanic look at every ground cable on the truck and none were replaced. Only sprayed with WD-40 . I was told that there master mechanic has quit and they are unable to fix it. I spent 4,200 on the warranty. The truck is un drive able . I will write another review after everything is solved. Inquired about wet AND dry oil on motor before i was to purchase it. Asked if i should leave deposit before taken into shop. Long story short, i got the new guy who was very unresponsive after several text messages on different days. Finally got a response 3 hours after another follow up, where i was told lies about the truck, that he tried to call and message me, and then that it was sold. Finally the sales manager calls acknowledging that they did drop the ball, but the truck was under deposit only. I had asked twice if they can just refund it to that person so I can still get my chance at it. But nope, was told he has to check with his wife and he may or may not buy it, due to his known "history" of buying trucks there. Lack of communication, not willing to make anything right while it still could have been, incompetent oil change techs that spill oil all over the engine apparently per their own mechanics diagnosis of "residual oil, probably from last oil change". I asked for further clarification as I doubted the reasoning, but never got that either from them. I'd at least expect them to clean the motor, so beware if you get oil changes because half of the oil might not make it into the actual motor. Anyways, after 2 days of letting the guy ponder on his deposit, they let me know it was officially sold. Thanks a lot for selling a truck that I've been wanting for a while now, which i also told the salesman. New or not, there was no compassion from the new salesman after repeatedly showing that I wanted the truck.

Based off of their mistake- Oil got everywhere in the front of my car/ on the engine and they still made me pay for it after. You let me drive away with my "car in perfect condition" the first time and actually made me breathe in burning oil fumes for a day. You've lost my trust and ruined my car the way it was! Who's to say this won't cause more issues down the line. Don't EVER go to this place, if they can't do a simple oil change I can't imagine what else they are messing up. I'll take my business to a farther Subaru. I wish I never went here, it would've saved me a week of annoyance.
