When Ed (Gerry's brother) arrived, he examined it and told me he could fix it in five minutes. I think it took him three. And he did a beautiful job - scratch disappeared, looks like new again. The price? Well, I think it comes out to a lunch for Ed. Now, ours was really a minor job, but the professionalism of Gerry and Ed was so evident. They know their stuff and they are friendly and efficient in their work. If we needed serious body repair we would come here, and we would recommend them over anyone else we know of in this area. As he was going over the financing with his salesperson he was informed him that the purchase wouldn't be completed as the dealership was closing in 20 Minutes. I all my experiences and interactions with numerous dealerships over the years I never had this happen before. That the staff was more interested in leaving than making a sale. One of the staff actually left before we did before we did. Possibly if you go earlier in the day they will treat you better and try harder to make the sale.

I knew what I wanted and had done enough research and been to enough Honda dealers to move quickly assuming we could get to a reasonable price on the new car and on my trade. Mine was an unconventional deal in that I was mostly dealing with the sales manager rather than a regular salesperson because they were all busy. But honestly that worked better for me because I was already past that and just looking to complete the deal. After some haggling and negotiation we got to a reasonable deal and I walked out with my new car. So I got the car I wanted at a reasonable price. I like the car so overall I would consider myself a reasonably happy customer. The reviews on Sullivan Honda seem to be generally favorable so I guess I'm not the only one. So I guess it f you need a Honda you could do a lot worse than Sullivan!

The warranty covers as follows: Tire damage due to road hazards FOB replacement no questions asked (highly doubtful, but cannot confirm nor deny because I never used this option) Dent repair on door dings, shopping cart collisions, etc.. As long as the paint wasn't chipped, or the sheet metal wasn't creased. Return to present: I have been waiting for over six weeks for 3 dings the size of dimes to be repaired by a representative from the warranty company. Over sixteen text messages a week for the last six weeks stating a repair technician would be calling me within 24 hours later, no repairs were made. During my last call to company, I was told a dent tech would come to my place of employment and fix it right there. I received a text stating to call a number. I called the number and a gentleman answered the phone. When I stated why I was calling, he proceeded to tell me "I was out of my mind if I thought he would drive to me for $80.00 and refused to do it. Now on to dealership: I walked in angry at the world.!! I went into the managers cubicle and proceeded to give him an earful because his company originally sold me the contract. After a few choice words by me, the manager implemented the follow solutions: Took care of all dings in my car at their expense. Cancelled the warranty contract for me and said I would be receiving a reimbursement check in the mail. Washed and waxed my vehicle Washed the entire interior Shook my hand and apologized for the inconvenience (don't know if I would have shook my hand after my temper tantrum) This is how customers should be treated, especially when purchasing a product such as a vehicle. No questions asked, no run around, no attitude. Thank you Northwest Hills for being a stand up company. The option they gave me was that they would return my money back at a prorated amount. They never contacted me back. I asked for a bumper to bumper plan. They claimed to have replaced a ground cable. The trucks has a code for an exhaust regen issue and def. I had a mechanic look at every ground cable on the truck and none were replaced. Only sprayed with WD-40 . I was told that there master mechanic has quit and they are unable to fix it. I spent 4,200 on the warranty. The truck is un drive able . I will write another review after everything is solved. The walk around video that the technician send to my phone explaining the safety inspection is a very nice touch. Gengras added a car wash so it is nice to get a clean car back. The waiting room and show room were just redone and are nice and clean. Great dealership. We are looking forward to buying a new car next spring from them.

Based off of their mistake- Oil got everywhere in the front of my car/ on the engine and they still made me pay for it after. You let me drive away with my "car in perfect condition" the first time and actually made me breathe in burning oil fumes for a day. You've lost my trust and ruined my car the way it was! Who's to say this won't cause more issues down the line. Don't EVER go to this place, if they can't do a simple oil change I can't imagine what else they are messing up.
