Had my 2014 jeep towed there it would not start I'm not a Mechanic but I thought it was the fuel pump and it was I called them on the next business day and explained the problem to service advisor he said as soon as the Mechanic looked at it he would call me that never happened I called them and got the run around was told one Mechanic looked it over and was getting all kinds of codes was told it needed to go to another mechanic ok 2day of that BS when I finally get called it turns out it's the fuel pump $1090 my bad they gave me a 10% discount so I pay and by the way the guy at the Survice department seemed to be very I don't really give a shit I'm just here for a check type of guy. So I pay and drive off I get 2 blocks down the road and plug my cell phone in and it's not working I get home open the hood look at the fuse box and yes they took the 20 amp fuse out and never put it back makes me wonder if they took the 20 amp fuse out and used it on the one that said fuel pump I'm wondering if it was my fuel pump or just the fuse I would never go back there again not even if it was for a free recall service very bad experience hope I save some one form this place don't go there !!!!! read more

Do business elsewhere! Customer service is less than impressive. A handful of "cranky older men," and 1 younger gentleman were selling cars the day my husband and I went in. We drove a long way and knew we were ready to buy a vehicle that day. We were not exactly greeted with a smile. We quickly picked the car we wanted but they didn't have enough dealer plates (only 2 for entire dealership) for a test drive. Our assigned sales rep kept disappearing doing multiple sales at once. We had to wait hours in non-air conditioned sales room on a hot day to test drive the car we planned on buying. By the time it was time to close the deal the banks were closing. (We arrived at 12pm). Not only was the customer service inconsistent they were rude and dismissive. Fran, the business manager seemed clueless and was not willing to explain or get answers to our questions. He kept stating "I'm just a former golf pro, I don't know what's going on." He also kept saying "sorry that's the best I can do," when it was clear it was not the best he could do. Jack, the manager was not eager to help, with quick "no" answers stating he was going to "hear it from his wife" if he didn't get home soon. After we had arrived in PLENTY of time to pick and purchase a vehicle. We were convinced they just didn't want the sale. We Finally we spoke with Jack in person and he was able to work out the "kinks" that Fran said they wouldn't budge on. After paying a $300 "convenience fee" for them to register the car, it took over FOURTEEN days for them to register the vehicle. It is over 2 weeks later and we STILL, to this day, do not have the registration as promised on our brand new vehicle. We have been driving on eggshells for weeks. False promises and pretenses are no way to run a business. Will not do business again. read more

Avoid at any cost. The service department at Bradshaw is ridiculous. I had a car that was under an extended warranty through Chrysler, so I had to bring my car here. It broke down every other week for a few months straight before I decided to go somewhere else and pay full price for the visit. Bradshaw kept telling me that the same symptoms were caused by a different issue each time and that they "fixed" the new issue each time. Shaker's service department fixed the problem on the first try, which makes it pretty obvious to me that Bradshaw was yanking my chain. I trusted this place to help me fix an issue I had with a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and boy was my trust misplaced. The car was having trouble starting related to an electrical issue (as I later learned from a skilled mechanic) but this shop charged me for everything but fixing the problem. $650 later, plus almost $200 in rental car fees because of the time it took them to identify "the problem", I was left with the exact same issue of my car not starting. I called them to let them know that nothing had changed and my car still would randomly not start only to be told to "bring it back in". So pay more rental car fees and inconvenience to have my car serviced when the problem should have been fixed? I saw the poor reviews before bringing my car here and I wish I had listened, please do not make the same mistake I did and beware!!! read more

I had a Dodge serviced here. Fair price, quick service. They even gave me a lift to and from work. Very polite on the phone and in person. I've had no troubles with the service performed, and it's been over a year. (Brake job). I've also bought small parts from their parts department. They cut a replacement key on-the-spot, and had replacement wiper blades in stock. Basic, but the parts counter people knew what they were doing and were quick and efficient. When my main mechanic is backed up, this is my preferred 2nd choice. read more

Next big storm 10 months later could not get out of my drive. They mess up my repair and then told me they did not touch that area. I informed them to check my history. I used the service department to double check on a couple of issues that I had with my 2015 Renegade. I went to Crowley prior and wasn't thrilled with the last time because the advisor didn't really hear out my problem and noted the repair as something it wasn't (misunderstanding). I brought it to Bradshaw to get a second opinion to more or less "rest easy". I paid a decent amount for a new car and would be lying if I didn't have high expectations. The service department hours aren't the best (only run to 5 whereas Crowley runs til 9) but these are the hours I expect from a smaller dealership like this - Crowley is huge in comparison. I dropped it off the night before and got a call around 11am the next morning. I spoke with David and he was super friendly and walked thru each problem and why the car functions the way it does. Overall, nothing has to go in for repair (car has 8800 miles on it) and it was nice to understand how the engine works and the durability of the car. They actually drove the same vehicle but a year newer to make sure they could accurately compare the two! Very happy with that because that was my next step to try and troubleshoot it myself. Being a female, I'm happy I wasn't treated like I didn't understand the mechanics or that I didn't understand how to drive stick shift. I will definitely be using them for the scheduled maintenance/ oil changes and have them fix anything that fails under warranty. Thanks! read more

I had my heart set on a Wrangler. Jack Bradshaw spent countless hours preparing different options for me...leasing...buying...2-door...4-door...automatic...standard. We test drove, we crunched numbers, we test drove some more. None of them ended up being exactly what I wanted. As luck would have it, I discovered the Renegade and fell in love. Hands down, best car I ever bought AND best dealership I ever bought from. No pressure whatsoever through the entire process. I was really happy to give them my business. This dealership just popped up in my FB news feed and I knew I had to say something. A couple disgruntled customers' bad Yelp reviews from years ago have not tarnished this dealership's solid reputation in the community. I can tell you that all my fellow Jeep owners who purchased their cars from Bradshaw's used them for service as well and were extremely satisfied. After purchasing a brand new 2015 Jeep Cherokee from them in Oct, I've had nothing but troubles. The service department doesn't have a clue what they are doing. Took them multiple visits to fix an issue regarding a water leak. After first visit, they gave me the car back said everything should be good. Nope. Took it back second time, still leaking water. Supposedly fixed. Nope. Finally fixed it after bringing in a water specialist. They changed my floor carpets twice. Upon receiving my car back after second rug replacement, noticed gouges and grease marks from guys trying to put my car back together. Finally gave up on them went to another dealer. This service department has no idea what they are doing if you have major issues. My recommendation to everyone, STAY AWAY! I would never do business with them ever again! read more

Bought 2013 Jeep Wrangler 4dr Sport new. Dropped off to have leak in drivers side removable top and oil change, went to pick up and discovered left rear bumper and tow hook dented and damaged. They never took responsibility for the damage but said they would repair it , they claimed it was just the bumper cover and would replace it. I told them to take cover off and I wanted to see if there was more damage. When I went back to see the bumper I was shocked to find they removed the wrong bumper cover they removed the front and did not touch the damaged rear. Service then tried to tell me the front was damaged also which it was not since one of their salesman and myself examined the jeep after the damage was discovered. They just lied right to my face !! I flipped out on the service mgr. , service tech's , also the parts mgr. who had the nerve to say that someone who had a axe to grind with me followed me there saw where I parked it and did the damage to it . I just got back in my car and left after some choice words, I still left my son's jeep there another big mistake because the next day the general mgr. called and said it was repaired and come pick it up. I told him that I wanted to see the rear bumper if there was additional damage ,again was just told to come pick it up. I explained the experience up to that point he told me that Bradshaw's would do nothing else, I asked him if he thought I would give them my business again and he responded no I asked him if he cared and also was told no. I went to pick up the jeep and found it was keyed from the drivers door to the drivers side rear door, 2 small dents in the right side hood. I called the police and made a incident report. The same salesman came to see the second damage made the comment that it was just keyed and that it wasn't there the day before . They have no camera's , no locked gate , no security, it wouldn't matter anyway because they vandalized it themselves and it's my word against theirs. I reported them to Jeep Corp. they are giving me such a run around it's disgusting. I will never buy anything from Bradshaw and or a Jeep product if anyone else does you're a bigger fool than me .
