I was greeted by friendly face on my visit and during a time when economically I didn't think I had many options. The team there was determined to help me out of a vehicle I had not purchased long ago that I could no longer justify driving due to lesser fuel economy and very limited income coming in. They worked for some time understanding my needs and then what seemed endlessly finding a way to get me into a newer, more fuel efficient model vehicle that still gave me some of the advantages of a truck like my trade in vehicle and did all this without a significant increase in my monthly payment and with no money out of pocket. They gave me a more then fair trade and then bundled the deal with additional warranty time, oil changes for years and gap insurance. Furthermore they handled my insurance company and very clearly instructed me on how to obtain due refund on my previous vehicles extended warranty and gap. Sullivans is the place for a new or used vehicle ! Went in to just look and think and came out with a Fabulous GMC Terrain ! Sales team is super efficient and friendly ! It is now 5 months later and had my first visit to the service department for an oil change and a recall for a windshield wiper "thingie". Made appointment on-line and the day before the appointment was scheduled I received a phone call to verify the appointment. The day of the appointment I arrived was asked if I would wait on site or rather be called. My daughter and I went shopping and before we were done, they called and were ready for me to pick up car ! My Yukon all of a sudden started leaking oil. I called the service department at Sullivan GMC and they made time me that same day. They found a the problem and had to keep the car to repair it. They arranged for a rental car and said it could take two to three days to repair. The good news was that it was covered under the warranty including the rental car. The afternoon or the next day they called to tell me my car was done. I could not be happier in how this was handled.
