The second I walked through the door I was greeted and helped by a very friendly associate. After asking what I was looking for, he had me roll up my pant legs, take off my shoes, and walk a few feet. By this, he was skillfully able to determine what type of support I needed for my feet. He grabbed a pair of sneakers for me to try on and walk in on the sidewalk outside. He was able to gauge that these shoes would be a good fit, but even offered to grab a few more for me to try. I was very happy with the feel, style, and brand of this pair, so felt pleased. An additional bonus: there is plenty of parking in parking lot. My shoes and I went for a trial walk on the Marblehead bike trail and returned to the car very happy with how my feet and legs felt.
