They got me in right away (when I called back the 2nd time to book, they came the same day!). Two nice guys showed up, were here for about 30 minutes, and cleaned the vent. I asked them to take pictures since the work was done in the attic, and I didn't go up there (see attached pics). We had not had them cleaned in about 4 years, and they needed it! On their way out, they quoted me to clean our HVAC vents, which I had not even thought of doing. I will definitely use them again.

I never had to make a request more than once (to remind them), and the ladder they used even had those soft feet at the end so it didn't bang against the side of my house. I also didn't see any of the small mistakes that I find contractors often make (eg trampling something I asked them to avoid). Oh and their price was lower than others I had gotten estimates from.

We hired NEDS to fix water damage after a fridge leak. They did the work in half the time they said they would, and they did half the job. They actually created a mold problem in my house and I had to pay another company to come in and do the job right. The impact their negligence has had on our lives is substantial. Mold has to be physically removed, not just sprayed with bleach/MMR nor fogged. FYI I tried contacting the owner to right the situation instead of writing this review, but he didn't want to accept responsibility/do the right thing. Do not hire NEDS for any water damage, they are negligent.

Asked when my sand was going to be delivered, told it was on its way. 10:00 still no sand, meantime I have a bobcat rented for the day just sitting there. 11:00 I called back still no sand, the women being very snippy to me was told it will be there when it gets there. To make a long story short, I canceled the order, sent the bobcat back. Then got my sand from another company for half the price. I will never go back to them for any landscaping projects, and I am spreading the word to everyone I know! The money I saved on sand I can rent the bobcat for another day.
