He came on time and he quickly assessed my garage and basement. He saw my charger and indicated that it's a plug-in which may cause some problems. He recommended a hardwire solution. Luckily my EV charger supplier was able to swap out the charger free of charge. Dave and team came on the scheduled day and installed the charger and connected it to my electrical panel. He labeled everything for me and showed me how it worked. Great value and great service.

I never had to make a request more than once (to remind them), and the ladder they used even had those soft feet at the end so it didn't bang against the side of my house. We hired NEDS to fix water damage after a fridge leak. They did the work in half the time they said they would, and they did half the job. They actually created a mold problem in my house and I had to pay another company to come in and do the job right. The impact their negligence has had on our lives is substantial. Mold has to be physically removed, not just sprayed with bleach/MMR nor fogged. FYI I tried contacting the owner to right the situation instead of writing this review, but he didn't want to accept responsibility/do the right thing. Do not hire NEDS for any water damage, they are negligent.

To make a long story short, I canceled the order, sent the bobcat back. Then got my sand from another company for half the price.
