I just asked the girl: "Where's the blonde that I asked for?" She pouted and went to get the boss. I explained calmly that the young lady didn't do what asked and the boss said I could leave and didn't have to pay. Good! It wasn't worth the money. But stating that I used foul language is designed to offset the complaint--which was a legitimate complaint. Sad that this is the tactic this lousy hair salon has to use. Go somewhere else--this place lacks integrity to say the least.

I texted her for her availability for a consultation (since I know NOTHING about weaves and have had a few unsuccessful installments). She told me she was available the same day for a consult. We made the appointment for 2 days later. I have always admired the outcome of other people's hair after leaving the salon, however; in my 39 years, I can probably count on one hand the number of times I've come out of a salon satisfied. For some reason, I'd always come out with "big hair" on a very small face, Simba's twin :). The few times I've tried to do a weave, way too much hair was added and it was always very lumpy and extremely tight. After spending good money on the hair and the the work, I'd come straight home and take it out. Jasmine was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! From the beginning, she asked the "get to know your client" questions to make sure she was able to deliver something that i would feel comfortable with. Her install was so neatly done and for once I DID NOT HAVE TO GO HOME AND REDO MY HAIR after paying for it to be done. I am soooooooooooo happy with her work.
