This is based solely on customer service experience and not the quality of work. Upon arrival I asked if there was availability for a pedicure; I waited maybe 5 minutes to be taken back into a chair that's when it went sideways. After sitting for 30 minutes in the bowl I was passed by multiple employees, none asking if I have been helped, none checking to see if I needed anything, none asked about the water, it had gone ice cold to the point where my toes where wrinkled when I took them out, with NO acknowledgment or update as to when I was going to be serviced I decided to take my feet out and begin to pack my things up and only then was I talked to by anyone working, and I was told to sit back down that the lady was coming soon, and I said "that's okay I changed my mind". It is absolutely ridiculous to try and charge $60 for a BASIC PEDICURE and then to not even be acknowledged?!? SO unprofessional. read more

Service itself was fine but after paying for the service I received, DAYS LATER I noticed my bank account was charged AGAIN with additional charges. When speaking to front desk staff, she could have cared less and was very rude. She said the guy that processed payment didn't charge correctly for the service so they corrected it. However when explaining I was charged DOUBLE plus additional fee she said just dispute it with my bank. What they did is in fact illegal which will be handled. read more

Disappointed... Set an appointment days ago and was called 20mins before my appointment to say they double booked and had to cancel. Their only other opening was early in the morning on a Monday. NyNy was amazing! I had the pleasure of having her for my pedicure while visiting from out of town. Honestly, where I'm from, they don't even do half of what they offer here. From the moment I walked in, NyNy was friendly, welcoming, and made sure I was comfortable. She gave me any style or reference I requested, and the fruit platter they served was such a nice touch! I've been dealing with swelling in my feet, and her massage felt like I was walking on clouds--so soothing and gentle, yet effective. This place is great, albeit overpriced, for Pedicures. However, I do NOT recommend trying to get a manicure here. I got a very simple dip powder manicure today. They did not do my cuticles- I thought maybe this technician does a different process and would get to it. He didn't. He also didn't file down the dip at ALL. It's so thick it's like a 1/8" square of shellac is sitting on my nail. By the end I'd tried to ask if he was doing it correctly so many times that I was gonna have an anxiety attack if I had to ask him to file it down. He clearly was in a rush, annoyed, and did not care about the finished product. I figured I'd live with it. But here I am now about 3 hours later and my fingers are in physical PAIN because the thickness of the dip is literally bending and putting pressure on my nails. Waste of $45 considering I'm going to need to go to another salon to try to get these nails fixed. read more

But $65 for a basic manicure and pedicure (NOT GEL) and for 3 days later almost all the paint is off and my nails seem to be in worse condition than they were before. I always make it very clear I do not want a thin style and only want the area under my natural shape waxed, not above the eyebrow at all. I repeated multiple times that I did not want them thin and the lady who did them today could not have made them thinner. All of my original brow shape is gone and she waxed all over my eyebrow instead of just the area on the bottom like I requested. I'm about to travel and feel embarrassed about how they look so I would just caution anyone wanting to get their eyebrows done here: be flexible with the shape and how much you want waxed because there is a chance you will not get what you ask for. The receptionist, Rebecca is always friendly and helpful. She even helps me pick out my nail colors, brings me water with lemon (she remembers what I like!) and fresh fruit. Decently priced! The atmosphere is great, it's decorated beautifully and is very clean. They even have a wine bar for those who choose to indulge. Absolutely atrocious customer service and work. I came with an extremely simple and cute look as my desired nail design. I even brought three different back up photos in case they were not able to do my first option. After denying my first option I proceeded to show my other choices and all were shut down immediately due to a "lack of materials and colors". On top of this they were not treating me like a paying customer at all, proceeding to be rude in every interaction we had. The ridiculousness of our time together was exacerbated by the lack of any customer service and care for my wellbeing.
