We were exploring the West University area when we happened upon this absolute gem. The exterior proudly displays the name Hu's Cooking, and the venue is spectacular from the first impression. Parking was entirely effortless. Upon entering, we were received with the utmost grace by the hostess, who was incredibly welcoming and polite. I must commend the interior design; the murals they have curated throughout the space are a visual masterpiece, elevating the entire decor into something truly sophisticated. We were escorted to an excellent table, where our waitress provided flawless service. She immediately offered us refreshments and elegantly guided us through the menu. On her excellent recommendation, I selected the roast duck. The efficiency of the kitchen was marvelous; our entrée was presented precisely within ten minutes. The roast duck was, without question, an absolute revelation. The execution and preparation were completely flawless crisp, succulent, and seasoned to absolute perfection.
