The best pho spot in Humble! I've been to Local Pho by Big City Wings in Fall Creek and it's overpriced and mediocre. I love that The Pho is near the house and around all the stores to go shopping. It makes it so convenient to shop and pick up dinner. I've tried many pho places and this one is almost as good as the one where I used to live called Pho Thy. I always order the pick 4 large pho. It's the perfect choice for meatballs, rare steak, tendon, and fatty brisket. The pho broth is so perfectly seasoned just add sriracha! The pho fixings are value for your money. I've been to many pho places where they're skimpy on the meat! So far, it's the only pho I can order online (conveniently and user friendly) pick it up and the pho broth will still be hot when I get home. Judge me if you must, but today I ate a cream cheese egg roll. To be fair, it was filled with veggies and seemed more like a veggie egg roll with some cheese, but a cream cheese egg roll nonetheless! Here's the kicker, I have no regrets and from one visit alone would introduce this egg roll and a few of their other tasty bites to a friend! 8pm on a weeknight and this spot was packed! It's seems like there's not a "type" that comes here, instead, it's one of those places where everyone comes and gets along with the greater mission of enjoying delicious food. Although my Banh mi came before my egg rolls, and intimidating as it appeared, I shut my mouth after one bite. The chicken banh mi was bursting with flavor, the jalepeno was crisp and spicy, the chicken was juicy and the veggies cool and crisp! It took over 15 mins from the time I seated myself and to get someone to take my order. It was maybe half full and it was lunch hour so I gave the benefit of doubt and everyone else seemed to be waited on promptly. We took the family out for dinner and left disappointed. Service was slow, and they missed a full order, which delayed the whole table and caused our food to get cold. Super good pho spot and well priced! I got a small chicken pho for about $12.90, which I thought was good because it was a great portion. The soup was good and full of flavor. I took my order to go, and drove about 15 min to get home and everything was still fresh and delicious! The noodles were soft which is such a plus because I hate overcooked noodles lol Parking here is easy. The inside has a good amount of tables and looks very clean. A nice young man took my order and was very nice. They seem to be a good working team and got my food out to me in about 12 minutes! If you're thinking of swinging by, do so! I have been a patron of this location for a couple of years. However, today I ordered my favorite PHO soup (pick up) just being dishcharged from outpatient surgery to make me feel better and boy was I disappointed. This place Is now serving customers CILANTRO leaves to replace BASIL leaves and LEMON to replace LIME. This is false advertising and disrespectful . If you change a staple ingredient you should let consumers know and give them a choice in what they spend their money on. I gave this place another chance long ago when they charged me .50 cents for an extra pack of Hoisin after only allowing 1 pack to go for a large PHO , but it's available unlimited dining in. I feel very hurt and almost scammed. I will not return as I don't trust businesses like this. You should not betray customers trust to save , but instead be upfront and pass costs along through honestly when necessary. Everyone knows things have gone up but don't lie and cheat!!! read more

This is an average Vietnamese restaurant. They did offer 10% off since there was construction going on while we were there. Food: The flavors were good, not great. The food was freshly made. Service: They brought the food dish by dish, and did not come back often to check on our beverage needs. Also I had to go up to the counter in order to pay. Parking: is limited in front of the restaurant, however there is a very open parking lot on the other side. Very ample parking. The Pho Vietnamese Kitchen was a complete success! Staff were extremely friendly and greeted us as soon as we entered. They had a large selections of food to order from assortment of Phos , sandwiches and vermicelli bowls. Shortly after seating us and taking our order our food came quickly and efficiently despite it being a Sunday lunch rush which surprised me , today my wife and I order a Charming chicken pho a Beef Bahn mi and two egg rolls as our appetizer. Starting with the Egg rolls they we extremely fresh served with a side of sweet carrots and daikon that balanced the crisp and crunchy saltiness of the egg rolls each bite of the egg rolls was also accompanied by a very light and not overwhelming sweet and sour sauce that tied the whole experience together. Now the main event the Charming chicken pho which was extremely hot and had such an inviting sweet aroma. My first taste of the broth was rich and so flavorful almost if my tongue had been engulfed in warm hug by merely the broth of the Pho but it didn't stop there the chicken was perfect it was cooked well and was very moist and seasoned extremely well the chicken almost felt apart in my mouth and was very delightful to eat now for the rice noodles tied the broth and chicken together they were extremely soft and plentiful the pho fired on all cylinders!!! Now for the beef Bahn mi which was incredible the baguette was so light and fluffy while also being so crispy on the outside allowing for a light crunch to come through on each bite the meat was so delightful almost melting on the tongue it was a tad bit on the sweet side but it balanced well which the chili oil and jalapeños I incorporated into the Bahn mi the picked daikon and carrots elevated the Bahn mi even further which made for a nice tangy sensation which each bite. I added chili oil and all the veggies as I always do and I have to say this has got to be some of the very best Pho I've ever had. I definitely don't recommend this Vietnamese restaurant. It was my first time at the restaurant. My chicken wings were soggy and lacked flavor. When I called the restaurant to address my concerns, they put me on hold immediately so that I could speak to the kitchen. Of course, when they came back, the kitchen said they didn't do anything wrong (of course, they're going to say that). Danna (the manager) came to the phone and stated that the kitchen didn't do anything wrong; the sauce made them soggy. That was the solution. That's a ridiculous attempt to resolve a customer's concerns. I will never return and don't recommend this restaurant. read more

Rice taste a little overcooked, unless it was sitting there for a while. Pho was decent, I personally felt it was missing that umami taste a traditional a bowl of pho has. Vietnamese egg-roles we're the star of the show very fresh and filling. I would say a decent spot to come if you live near the area and want quick access to a decent pho. read more

Great food and awesome service! Came here with my family and we were greeted and seated promptly upon arrival. Ordered the freshly squeezed orange juice, and it was one of the best and refreshing orange juices I have ordered in awhile from a restaurant. Our server also recommended the special green drink, "Nuoc mat", and my mom and I definitely enjoyed that! One of our favorites dishes that the family enjoyed were the egg rolls, served with lettuce and pickled daikon and carrots. The grilled chicken banh mi was also tasty, and I love how fresh all of their veggies in all their dishes were! One thing I appreciated from this place is that they don't skimp out on the noodles when it comes to their specialty, pho. They are pretty fair about the meats and other toppings, however they are very generous on the noodles. Definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.
