I completely understand indoor health codes, but if you advertise your business online as pet-friendly, you need to provide a way for new customers to actually see a menu or order from the patio.I would have happily stepped right back outside if the employee had offered a solution. Instead, they were completely unhelpful and just turned a paying customer away. If you have a dog, don't waste your time coming here, the "Pets Welcome" tag is completely misleading.

In the past week, I have tried all of the specialty drinks on the menu- the Hot Tamale was especially surprisingly delightful- not too much spice, just a nice warmth. The Cold Mountain was also amazing, to me, it was the perfect iced coffee. The special this week was the Iced Coconut- it actually really tasted like coconut!My husband tried the drip and pour over- he's a black coffee drinker and loved them both- he loved that you can select different beans to try. I also purchased a 5 pound bag of my favorite bean- the Parkway Pick Me Up. Also love the Squirrely Blend. We also got the smaller 12oz bags to try a few different flavors when we get home. This place is the best. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

The view of Mt Yonah was stunning, the setup of the place was cool, and the ambiance of their inside/outside area was nice. My two complaints are that it got pretty cold in their glass windowed area- they had a small heater but it wasn't doing much, and they don't give free cups of water here. I'd recommend adding larger heaters and getting a couple of them, considering how cold it can get in North GA in the winter. I'd also recommend giving free water instead of requiring that people buy bottled water. If you were in the Atlanta area, not offering free water would be a code violation. Not sure if that applies here but just to be courteous to your customers you should be doing that. Back to the positives... I ordered a coffee based frappe with the "glamping" flavor (white chocolate and marshmallow) and I thought it was amazing. 10/10. I would definitely order it again. My order came out in a decent amount of time and the employees were friendly. The prices were reasonable and we found parking easily. I would happily come here again! I think there could be a couple improvements (the water issue is why I deducted a star) but if they address those few things then I'd think the place is a 5/5 :) I would come back!
