First time there and the servers were very helpful with the menu. They have unique options!! Got a chai & a blue moon coffee. Both were very good. They have outdoor seating and the inside ambiance is great for doing computer work or reading. read more

What a sweet little place! Didn't realize they had the board for explaining the milk "moon" deal but the barista was super kind to explain it all to us our first visit in. My husband and I would definitely be coming back. It's a great place to bring out of towners for a local cafe or just to come to hang out and get some work done. The coffee is good and it has a nice atmosphere but they don't give you refills on the regular coffee! Every place that serves coffee will refill your cup for you at least once but not here. The girl asked the manager if we could get a refill and all she could reply was NO. So next time we want to get coffee and relax and someone says let's go to Summer moon my answer will be NO way!!! Drive thru and staff quality really needs to improve. Two/thirds of the time, my order is wrong. It would really help if they had a display of your order to make sure they have it right. The employees are also a hit or miss. Sometimes they don't repeat our order so they get it wrong. When at the window, the employees don't give us a chance to confirm our order. They hastily hand us the drink and close the window. So we drive off with the drink not being right. Hope all this improves as it's nice to have a coffee shop in the far east. read more

Coming from Austin, I heard there was a Summermoon in El Paso - and was super excited, especially when I come down for work. Honestly - the summermoon I ordered did not taste anything like the summermoon I order in Austin. And that's because I have been to almost every location around the ATX. The El Paso location is built different and looks like you are walking into a restaurant. Next, the coffee grinder and machines they use look nothing like the ones in Austin. And last - the baristas aren't nothing like the ones we hav e in Austin. The El Paso baristas aren't friendly and don't even greet you. That's what makes summermoon probably so cool in Austin is the friendly baristas in all of their 6-7 locations around town. Sorry El Paso -- but you won't last long there. Which sucks being such a summermoon fanatic. read more

Outstanding coffee but the drive thru service using the app is terrible. Twice I've ordered ahead of time using the app only for it to be severely delayed in being ready. I wouldn't mind it so much if the orders of people who didn't use the app didn't come out so fast. Nothing I've ordered was overly complicated or worth such a delay. Why have an app at all if its just faster ordering at the drive thru? read more

I was extremely eager to try this place but was very dissatisfied with the service and coffee. The service was horrible everyone seemed as if they had no desire to work. They were all moping around and very bland with their service. The lady that took our order gave no effort to try and help us out. We were looking over the menu and she kept huffing since we were taking our time deciding what we wanted. There was no one behind us so we didn't see what her problem was. I ignored her vibe and waited for my coffee just to find another lady with the same attitude slide our drinks to us without even saying anything. Super rude. Seemed as if everyone was in a fight or something the hostility was serious. The coffee was over priced and had no flavor at all. Don't waste your money here. I recommend to save your time and go elsewhere. One star is too much... I would give 0 stars if I could. read more

I loved Summer Moon Coffee when I lived in San Antonio and was so excited to have one open so close to my home here. Service is always great, drinks are perfect every time, and it's in a very convenient location. They're variety of plant based milk/moon milk is so awesome for those of us with dietary restrictions. Good customer service. We came by at 10:30am on a Saturday and they were out of the coffee drip, but we were offered other items off their menu and choose a latte. It was really good. Really happy that they also have a drive thru. Will return again for sure. read more

If I could give Meleena R NEGATIVE 50 star I would. I went today because Stephaine M was awesome made me the prefect drink 1/2 summer moon with sugar free hazelnut and vanilla Syrup on 20 April. I woke up this morning said I am going drive 25 minutes for summer moon. I guess Meleene R wanted a $7 dollar tip and a free coffee. When I got there today asked for the same drink, Meleene R said no that is to sweet. You need a cafe latte, asked me what kind of cream I said moon milk. Then I said that more then I paid last time. She said ok. Then I looked at my last receipt asked if they could make me this the same. Girls behind counter said we have to ask her. Meleena said her drink is made. So I walk out they can keep my $7 and drink.( I have even been through drive an got a winter moon and it was prefect least week. ) read more

I thought I enjoyed coming to summer moon until the manager DEBBIE started a political discussion with her employee behind the counter loud enough to where customers could hear. Going off about political views and making unnecessary comments about immigrants. Regardless of beliefs this is so unprofessional coming from a MANAGER. I visited and found the menu to be very minimal so when I asked the cashier about the coffees, he didn't seem to know much. They gave me my drinks and when we got home, we noticed one coffee was black and they didn't put the infamous moon milk we had requested. So, I went back the next today to give it another shot. This time, they gave me tea instead of cold brew. Of course, I didn't taste it until I got home and after I added cream to it. When I called, they were nice and offered to fix it and even offered to fix the drink from the night before. I had to drive another 20 minutes to go back. I went back again the next day to get another cold brew and I waited in the drive thru for 28 minutes and there was only three cars total . The cinnamon is delicious and so is the cold brew. The baristas were friendly but I don't believe they were trained properly which is not their fault. I never see a manager, so, maybe they do have one and they are just super young which is fine but perhaps that is why they are disorganized. Hopefully, they will send some help from their corporate location. It has potential. read more
