Found this place using Yelp and will be coming back for more moon milk. Upon arrival, we asked what it was and it is their proprietary creamer. They gave us a taste and yep it passed the test. I chose to go with half moon option so it wouldn't be as sweet with some whole milk and it was perfect! It is across from the providence east hospital so it is convenient if you are ever having to go there and just need some good coffee. We sat at the booths, and it was very nice to chill out for a minute while procedures were taking place at the hospital.

Best coffee spot in El Paso! The girl who helped us, Madison, she was just amazing! She's so friendly and made our custom coffee perfect! I'd go back just because of her!

Coffee was super sweet explained to the girl what preference of sweetness I liked ahead of time offered a sample of their moon sauce. This tasted like melted ice cream good but too heavy for me when I asked about the roast of the coffee the girl didn't seem very knowledgeable the flavors here are limited. It was an oak roast but I could t taste the coffee beyond the other mixers within the coffee I explained do it like half as sweet as you normally would I don't think this was captured if you like sweet coffee you may love this place the ambiance and cleanliness is great! But probably won't return but for locals who enjoy sweet they'll love it

So much YES with this coffee!!! Winter, spring, summer, or fall... all you gotta do is order it all! Straight outta the moon aka coffee roasters. This place is quite the chain coffee house and I am here for it! Super fast service with a convenient drive thru. The setting is so cozy with all the right coffee cafe vibes, like a comfy couch or eccentric designs that is very hipster friendly lol. I adore their blue moon latte with oatmilk, which is flavored with lavender. This is my ultimate coffee flavoring and it is superior above all else! No caramel, butterscotch, vanilla, or even my former lover hazelnut could ever compare! Lavender latte is my life! And they make it so right here! Pasties galore as well, both sweet and savory. Perfect spot for a quick coffee or snack fix.

To start the young lady behind the counter was constantly on her phone. The tables are sticky but the person behind the counter sat and scrolled on her phone all the time. There were no stirrers for my husband's coffee he requested one and was given a fork. We purchased a cheese danish and a croissant and the young lady put it in the microwave too long. Definitely not coming back.

New coffee shop on the East side - opened up today and if you're not familiar, this is a shop that started in Austin and has made its way to El Paso *YAY* Their thing is "oak roasted coffee" - whatever that is, but y'all it is divine. They also do something called moon milk - and it's so delicious, you can't go wrong with any of the drinks. We got there around eleven thirty and they were out of pastries, but I'm sure they're delicious too. They have ample seating, lots of products and beans to buy, and the staff was super friendly despite the long lines! Go check it out! I am pretty sure the owners were near the front today, and were thanking everyone who came in - and you just can't beat that type of hospitality.

- Tried their Iced Blueberry Crisp Latte, Iced Peach Cobbler Latte and Orange cake. - The overall ambience is excellent, and I didn't have any wait time. - The lattes are on the sweeter side but had very good flavor; slightly pricier than I expected, the orange cake is extremely dry and I would suggest to avoid the dessert aisle if not sure. - They share a common restroom with Schlotzsky's which is located beside it; they have a small dividing wall inside so it helps to avoid distraction from the other side. - It's located on the Far East wish it's closer to where I stay so I could try other good things there as well.

Another delicious coffee shop in El Paso with a wonderful location! I should have taken more pictures of the interior because it's super cute. There was plenty of space to enjoy your drink and food there. They also have some merchandise available for purchase. Their coffee is unique. It's oak roasted and they use their own sweet creamer called moon milk. I ordered the Winter Moon, which is an iced coffee with their full sweetness. You can customize how sweet your drink is by what you order. It was such a creamy latte! The texture was absolutely dreamy. The Artisan Pop Tart was a yummy snack and I want to try the other flavors they offer as well.

Traveling from out of town I been waiting to try this place. The place is super nice, cute, and a cozy environment, the service could be way better. My latte was okay I was a bit disappointed I request to have cold foam it had nothing and because it was nothing like there description. I ordered a Iced Christmas Latte. Which includes Sugar, spice, and everything nice! Our All-New holiday iced latte features Oak Roasted Espresso, Moon Milk, and all the flavors of your favorite Christmas cookies. "Frosted" with whipped cream and sprinkles. I hope next time when I come into town it will be better.

Well, Well, Well! What can I say, Is a nice place the staff very friendly. Our daughter ordered the hibiscus ice tea, was not good. It tasted like water and sugar. I spoke To the young man that took care of us and he was very nice and changed it to a pineapple fruity hot tea. She enjoyed that one. Also the young man was very patient because their menu is a bit confusing he explained everything so we could understand the concept. The ambiance is good, a lot of college students. Not my kind of crowd:) is ok... I see a lot of people in the reviews talking about how wonderful the coffee is, it was average for me, sorry. It was good but I was not impressed. Overall is a nice place, the staff is nice.

I visited Summer Moon on their grand opening day/morning on 4-17, a Saturday. I got there when the crowd started dying down which was even better for me. I arrived at around 10:30 am. I usually go through the drive-thru whenever (and wherever) it's available because of the convenience. This time I wanted to go inside since it was my first time having coffee from here. They're based in Austin and have locations in larger Texas cities like Houston, Dallas and San Antonio. They're opening more shops in the Houston area soon. It's a regional chain in Texas. I had to wait around 10 minutes to place my order. I went with an iced caramel latte, a vanilla chai tea for the bf and a bottle of Moonmilk. The employees were really friendly and kind to me and everyone else there. The place was spotless. I'd expect that especially since it's a brand new place. The staff was also patient when I had questions. Everything tasted great for me. I liked that they used the good kind of ice in my caramel latte. The good ice is the small, crushed ice Sonic also uses. The latte was perfect and not too sweet or bitter tasting. They gave me a sample of the Moonmilk and I really liked it. It's pretty sweet but so creamy and good! It kind of reminded me of egg nog or Coquito (a Puerto Rican egg nog type drink with rum). I'm sure the Moonmilk would taste great with rum added to it. I had a little sip of the chai tea and it was good too. That reminded me a lot of Horchata. I paid $17 and change. I also left a tip. I'll definitely be back! Next time I'll use the drive-thru. Thank you for coming to El Paso, Summer Moon! El Paso is moving on up and getting cool places! Yay! :D

A tale of 2 grand openings...both on the Eastside today. Both were locally owned franchises, same price points, but that's about the only things that were the same. It was for Summer Moon Coffee and for The Paleta Bar EP. Summer Moon Coffee: The 1st one we went to was Summer Moon Coffee. They are an Austin based franchise and their claim to fame is their sweet moon milk. Their number on their FB page was disconnected when I called because I couldn't find their location. It's because they share the same building as a Schlotzsky's, down to the same bathrooms. When I entered, I immediately was in a line, and I thought it was because they were crowded, but no, it was because their service was extremely slow. 20 mins in the line, I was able to notice a couple of things. The line was very poorly placed in the pathway of the bathroom, so it was awkward for the people that needed to use the facilities. There were flyers for the raffle they were having, but nothing for the menu until you were at the counter. No explanations, beyond one poster depicting their moon milk. It explained the levels of sweetness of the moon milk, but that's about it. No one was greeted, welcomed, or even acknowledged while in line, even though a manager kept cutting in to check on stock. It was really odd. I mean I get that the vibe is like very Austinite and it's like you know, "too cool for school chill kind of deal" but this is borderline unfriendly especially since you have El Paso coffee shops that are so welcoming to compare it to. They had like four employees and they're all busy working silently. There were three managers just standing around talking to themselves with their arms crossed and the only interaction just basically that one guy just interrupting the line every once in a while. One guy his name was Bruce, was somewhat welcoming where he actually explained or tried to explain what they were offering, but unfortunately since he was working the cash register, it slowed up the line and he had limited time to talk. I told my friend that recommended the place that I was disappointed about the service, I got more interaction with a drive thru Dunkin donuts than I got here. The coffee itself was ok. I ordered a 16 oz iced Winter Moon Latte and it was $5. They used good ice and it made it easier to drink, but the famed sweet milk tasted very artificial, with the sweetness in the front and a aftertaste that was very chemical. I think it's going for an Italian Sweet Cream taste. I get a better effect with the Natural Bliss coffee creamer I get from Sam's. There's so many amazing coffee shops in El Paso, I wouldn't come back here just for this and definitely not for the service. Come out and #supportlocal and try these new businesses opening up in a difficult time!
