There's plenty of parking surrounding Parallax. When I arrived there were 3 others enjoying the very beautiful coffee shop, but by the time I left it had gotten very busy. It's super pretty inside, very spacious and comfortable. I had 2 cookies, the chocolate chip cookie was ok, and the cinnamon roll cookie was delicious. I had a hot brown sugar latte and it was perfect. The service is good. It's a must if you're in Wendell or looking for a cute place to hang out. They are open til 5pm everyday but Sunday, they close at 2pm.

The team behind the counter were very nice & helpful it being my first time. It's not fancy, but cute and cozy. There's lots of seating, plenty of outlets for laptops, it's a great place to work. The outdoor patio is covered with plenty of tables. I ordered the iced coconut latte and one of the baked goods from a local bakery on display at the counter. Not the best view, but got the job done. They were still serving biscuits, but were no longer serving the oatmeal which was a disappointment. I got the yogurt instead and didn't care for the toppings. My coffee and food came out fast and the biscuit tasted amazing. The biscuit was large, the egg and bacon were perfectly cooked and the iced coffee was delicious. The food is the shining star here. I just wish the ambiance was better. I will be back on a weekday when it's less people to contend with.
