Walking bridge was busy. Drinks were ordered and food orders placed. I had aside salad that was fresh, crisp,nicely crafted and tasty. Along with that I had the dry rubbed wings. So good and nice portion. My wife had the Reuben which was new for her (use). It was very, very good and well put together. I'm not a big Reuben person but I tasted it and it was very good! And when Breezie was busy another waitress perfectly slipped in to keep us well served. Their training is spot on. In my opinion this location probably has some of the best trained staff in the Clark County area. Not that others a bad this place just feels like a step up. Rooftop setup is amazing! Yeah, you'll get some sun at different points, but the space is classy but relaxed, and the city views are pretty damn nice. Great selection of cocktails (love getting to try some brandy options, I enjoy something different), bartenders are welcoming and helpful. This visit to the distillery was part of an all day and night trip in Louisville in which we made 10 stops. I will say that the cocktail I had was the best of the day and definitely a good way to start my day. The cocktail I had was the Grape in Rio and it was made with the Copper & Kings Brandy and had coconut creme, pineapple juice, lime juice and a brandied cherry. It was also a very pretty cocktail. We elected to sit indoors due to the heat and had no trouble finding an available table. Our server was Greg and while the restaurant was not crowded - he was covering table tables both inside and out - which meant he would disappear for long periods of time. While he did his best to cover everyone appropriately, I believe the manager should reevaluate table coverage for a superior dining experience. The menu provides ample selection of items to order. I mentioned to Greg that I was lactose intolerant and he was able to accommodate by ensuring he would mention to the chef that no diary should be used in preparation.
