Seth Secaur Summers rep came out this morning to price out a replacement for our A/C and Furnace. Presentation was the best I have heard yet. If the replacements were priced around $10K we would go with their company. I would still recommend them to someone who could afford their services. read more

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling saved us. We had a carbon monoxide leak and they came to the rescue. Richard was awesome and very helpful. The installers were nice and answered all questions. We were satisfied with the two gentlemen that came to replace our main sewer line. We were NOT happy with the outcome. We were told the line would be replaced from our home to the city line and it was not due to the clay piping. We were told our driveway would look next to new after digging and such was done... it infact does not. There are HUGE craters in our driveway that make it awful for anyone to drive on or walk on. Our cleanout had a mound of dirt that we were told could take "6-8mo" to settle and it infact took less than a week and we are left with a large hole. We were told our sidewalk would get redone from being torn up but no one can give us a timeframe or date except "you're on the contractors schedule". We were then told after the work was done that it's our job to fix our driveway and they did "what they could". It is virtually impossible to talk to the correct person you need to when calling. It's a game of telephone. Personality wise the men were great and super personable. The HVAC team has been amazing and Richard has even stepped in to try to get us more help on the plumbing side. read more

Called because I had a frozen pipe. I was told that the pipe wouldn't burst because it was plastic and I should leave the water on. Pipe burst and house flooded. Summers will take no responsibility. Also, it is impossible to reach anyone in the Huntington Office. Finally drove to the office to talk with someone. read more

Called with broken pipe in basement, service person came, got estimate to start Monday, water ran all weekend, by Wednesday got a text saying, "still putting crew together" water STILL runnin. Called someone else, fixed same day! For forth of the price. Insurance even questioned why such high quote. Side note, person who fixed it was a previous employee of theirs. Would never tell anyone to call them. read more
