Our dental hygienist was very gentle with him used her calming techniques explaining step by step everything that was being done using humor and being gentle made my nervous little boy feel safe and comfortable. I always tell people its like I'm going to a spa for my teeth! Even though I moved away from Cypress six years ago, I still make the trip here twice a year for my cleanings. I took my mom to Dr. Devani after she had a root canal. My mom needed a crown, but she could not pay the money that Dr. Devani wanted that day. Dr. Devani became visibly angry. The endodontist told us that the area would only require a small filling. Devani put in a filling and shaved one side of the tooth down so that it would easily break. While leaving Premier Smiles Dentistry, the front desk had my mom sign a document releasing Devani of all responsibility for the tooth. Sure enough, the tooth broke up soon-while my mom was flossing her teeth. I have photos, but my mom says that I cannot share them. read more

I appreciate when business righted their wrong. I had a talk with Dr. Devani & the administrative about the situation and what caused the delay. Dr. Devani explained there must be a miscommunication between the two parties and hiccups with the dental insurance claims. I appreciated he came by to apologize and offer to take off my deep cleaning charges. However, I believe that if there is an issue with the insurance claims, they should let the patients know regardless. If the patients didn't know, how would they understand situation and it would just cause frustration. My other dental visits with Dr. Cai were fantastic. She was quick and always made sure I'm not in any discomfort during my treatment. We had some good chat (despite my numbing) about dentistry and life in general. Overall, I was happy with the provided services. However, transparency and communication would make patient understand the situation better. read more

I had been searching for a new dentist for years now. I've been to multiple different dentists offices but I've never encountered a dentist office that genuinely cares for their patients. I mean it when I say that they really, truly, and genuinely care about their patients. I went into the office yesterday and was greeted by the receptionists Marsha and Jackie. Both of them were extremely friendly and wanted to make sure that I got the best care possible. Afterwards Paris helped me with my X-rays, Maria provided me with my cleaning, and Dr. Devani advised about the next steps for treatment. The entire staff is extremely welcoming and it didn't even feel like I was at a dentist office. It felt like a second home to me and they honestly provide genuine passion and joy for what they all do. Usually, I'm hesitant about going back to a dentist office or making another appointment, but with the kindness, care, and quality of service provided by everyone, I literally made an appointment yesterday to come back today for my post-treatment.
