Our family has been a few times now and I love that we have a place like this for kids in the area. My family and I homeschool so we were able to go this week right when they opened and it was super fun. We had the whole place to ourselves and we made the most of it. I will say that it's a tough place to take your kids when it's busy, in my opinion. At least if they are small/young. There can be a ridiculous number of people and if you have multiple kids all trying to run in different directions it can just be anxiety inducing. I worry about security, but that could just be me being paranoid. Going this week when it was empty was fantastic! Our family loved it! read more

The price never stops going up and the condition of the place keeps going down. Its getting ridiculous. Staff are very passive aggressive and don't answer your questions when you ask why pricing changed. The place is NEVER clean. Bandages, blood, and pee, seen it all here and the lack of worry for how fast to clean is very poor. The food is just warmed up poor quality fast food with crappy prices. Bathrooms are gross. Always broken something. The kids area toys are in TERRIBLE condition. The only reason they stay open is because there isnt much indoor play places here in Savannah. We started here in 2021 and now are SO over it, rather pay and extra $10 and go to Sky Zone. DODGE THIS AND GO SOMEWHERE WORTH IT. read more

Such a great addition to our area! Nothing like this within an hour and half radius. Maybe Jacksonville has something similar but I'm not sure. We were invited to a birthday party here and we were blown away. The "park" offers climbing playgrounds, ninja course, climbing walls, arcade games and even a cute area for younger toddlers! With covid we are required to wear masks and this place is super clean. I saw people cleaning while we were there during the party throughout the park. Exhilarate was a great place to take my grandkids who were 7,7,8 years old. The facility was staffed and had a staff member at every play zone keeping order . I went today and there is almost no staff, not one play zone had a staff member to keep order and to avoid multiple kids trying to use the challenge course. It is chaos there now and a few of the bigger kids bully their way around. Very disappointing to see the lack of staff taking charge. read more

So I went back two weeks ago--and things have only gotten worse. A lot of the elements are broken. Including netting in the play area that left the upper level completely open to the lower level. A lot of the toys are also broken and leaving sharp pieces--the wheels and dashboard of the fire truck, the shopping carts, and so much more. On the ninja course, the black bosu balls that you jump from--which are already dangerous because if you fall, you risk falling on a lightly padded metal beam--one of the balls is half deflated, so even if you are making your way nimbly across the course, hitting the broken one will be a nasty surprise . The kids love it--but someone will be seriously injured if they haven't been already. read more

If my kid could review this place he'd give it 5-stars. My 2 1/2 year old had a blast jumping around and being wild and carefree. We went to a friends birthday party and had their soda and pizza (the essential building blocks for kids). Your young ones will be entertained for hours and it's a great way to get them tired. First you sign in using the QR code to fill out the waiver. Next, you buy their #3 socks. Exhilarate tells you that one parent is needed to watch one child. I'm not exactly sure the age group, but I'd imagine if you're over a certain age you could be alright without some form of parental supervision. Make sure you watch your young ones. While there are only two exits/entrance areas there's not a program in place to watch people taking kids in and out. We watched our 2 1/2 year old like a hawk and went on and in a lot of the gyms and bounce areas. There is parking in the front and the back. read more

Start with the good, we went right when they opened so it was just us and another family for a bit and the lady working was super nice, cheerful, and informative. With that being said the prices are all over the place on different days and times of the week, and for a family of 3 on $8 day (Monday) 2 hours of play plus socks it was $60. Coming from Germany and lots of indoor play places this one is pretty pricey. During the week the walk climbing wall which is an additional $5 isn't open. If you want to try your luck on the weekend to use it hope that there isn't a birthday party going on because they get top priority. Now the reason I really give it a two is this super nauseating smell of farts and mold. Or like a gym with 100 sweaty people and they fake clean it. I mean I think it needs a bit of a deep clean and maybe some updated things in there. The arcade is an arcade so it's always a rip off. We didn't get to try the food. I definitely think one hour is enough two hours is pushing it. If you're a parent I'd opt to not pay or play and just sit on the couches or chairs they have the place was pretty easy to keep an eye on your child especially if you go in the morning. We'd go again if it smelled better and probably on the bogo day or $8 again because next time I'll only pay for my child and she already has the socks now. A little pricey but the kids love it. $13.00 for 1 hour (5 yr old), $18.00 (9 yr old). $6.00 for 2 pair required Exhilirate Socks. Lots of activity for kids of all ages. Relatively clean equipment and bathrooms. Didn't notice any monitors or safety guards. Ski Ball was fun and Jurassic park kept giving free play. Don't know about the food but it looked ok. A nicely spent hour then on to fast food. Good way to spend Friday with the grandkids. read more

I like that there are different types of play for different ages. I like they have a snack bar as well. It would be nice to have more seating for the adults while the kiddos play. Sometimes their bathroom could use better attention. Also as expensive as their price is it would be nice to include one rock climb with the price. read more

Definitely worth 5 stars. Don't get me wrong, the pricing sucked lol. It was maybe $25 for 2 hours of play. However, during COVID, I think it's necessary to limit the amount of people playing at one time. 2 hours was perfect for my toddler, he played just enough to be ready to leave and take a nap. Please note that there were several toys that were broken and needed to be replaced, however, it didn't stop the fun for my children or me. If/when they replace/fix the toys/items, this will be even more awesome. I will not deduct stars for this because it was still super fun and I still haven't visited any indoor play zone that is better or even nearly as great. They had sooo many options to choose from. Even an adult like myself had a blast. They had a trampoline area, an obstacle course, a climbing wall (better than just rock climbing), a big bouncy house, a pretend play area that featured a fire station, grocery store, doctor's office and more, lego blocks, a huge ball pit, a little kid area for those crawling or just learning to walk, a small arcade area, and a huge indoor playground with so many slides, tunnels, and just loads of fun for my the kids and adults really. I do wish they had more food options but I guess it's good to limit the amount of food offered to try to keep the place clean. Honestly, it was one of the best indoor play zones I've seen. The staff was quiet but helpful. Whenever I visit the savannah area again, I will surely be taking my children here. I highly recommend!! It was spacious. This place is amazing! I had 2 of my grandsons, age 6 & 13. We went to Defy first. It did not give me a good vibe. Only one person working behind the counter, though there were 2-3 standing behind it at any given time. It was not well lit and didn't seem super clean or inviting. We left and went to Exhilarate. I am so glad we did. This place was well lit, clean, had plenty of staff working, and so many different things to do. I only wish something like this existed when I was a kid in the early 70s. I will definitely be taking my grandkids here again. read more

This place is tons of fun especially if you have teenagers! I took my boys here and played with them the whole time! The only downside is the staff at the front. This lady will make you stay in line only to ask if you "checked-in" which is through your phone, not at their counter, so keep that in mind, bc you will have to go all the way to the back of the line. Also, they're very adamant abt you bringing outside socks from another trampoline place so they make you purchase theirs. If you didn't eat ahead of time they have a little cafe but no one is back there, it took us 15 mins to get a drink (bc my boys got thirsty) and their vending machines were down for the cheaper drinks and don't allow outside food/drinks at all. They also don't include video games in the regular admission, so that's something you have to pay entirely separate. Overall, pretty good experience. Warning to other moms who dare to jump with their teens: Be careful for flying balls!!! Lol read more

This place might be fun for kids but it is a parents nightmare. They take no accountability for the safety of your kids and they will milk every penny out of you. They wanted to charge me for a cup of tap water instead of the soda that was purchased as part of a birthday party. The hostess paid for the cup already. Didn't care for the service at the front desk, who didn't bother explaining anything, but instead just ran through a series of questions pertaining to the age of my child, the duration of our stay, and whether not we wanted socks. You are required to have the Exhilarate socks to avoid slips and falls on the obstacles, so we had to go back and buy some. ~$9 for three pairs, so not a complete ripoff. The arcade games were all $1 apiece; a lot of them were out of order, so we lost some money to the ones that weren't marked. The big pit of foam blocks is pretty unsanitary-- it smelled of old sweat and had masks and socks in its depths. There were other unclean areas such as the insides of the claw machines, but if you're not looking too deep, it is generally clean. Not a bad place-- the kids definitely have fun-- but as with nearly every spot these days, the customer service and attention to detail were lacking. read more

I moved to Savannah in Nov 2021. I have an 8 year old and one of my main concerns was what the city offered for his entertainment and fun. We visited Exhilarate for the first time in Jan 2022. It was an okay visit as my son got to burn off some much needed energy. The staff didn't seem enthusiastic, the service was bland, and there wasn't much management to oversee the really young staff running the place. Kids were running around and the various areas weren't being properly supervised--head shots were allowed in the dodgeball pit, no one corrected the children running from station to station, and no one ensured the station's mats and other safety features maintained their intended purpose of safety. This continued for our next two visits. After a brief hiatus, we brought our son back in June. I immediately noticed a drastic change in customer service, food quality, oversight, and most of all, the staff was engaged. My opinion of the establishment immediately changed from okay to I'll recommend highly as an option for kids. I booked one of the party rooms for my granddaughter's 5th birthday when we got to the place to check in ,I will save the girl giving us the socks and bracelets was very polite and nice.We were assigned room # 2 for the birthday party ,there was still a party going on they stayed like 10/15 more minutes over there end time.I went to one of the employees and let her know ,she said I will get my hour for the party even if it's passed the time schedule, which is OK .We get to the room we didn't see no HOST, the girl that clean up did a terrible job food all over the floor ,trashcan full ,once she left my daughter- in law ,and son started decorating, at this time still no HOST (which was included in the outrageous price) it was supposed to be Casey the girl upfront when I went to pay was the one that told me her name. The person that brought the pizzas and drink left them on the table and away she went.My son and my daughter-in-law had to go upfront to filled the pitches.(HOST jobs). We didn't get the cart to take the gifts back to our car.(they provide this). And to finish up my grandson comes back he was mad, crying because one of the employees told him his playtime was up when he still had 10 more minutes left to play .After this I was done ,please don't booked no parties here ,for the price they charge the service is horrible. I'm still waiting for the host to come to the room and do her part ,please save your money ,go someplace else it's not worth it for this place. read more
