I have gone to the one they have in Clemmons a few times for an oil change and stopped because they were overturning the bolts and eroded them away making it difficult to continue maintenance. That was several years ago and hadn't had that problem since at other servicers so I was hesitant to try this place. I pulled in and a man greeted me at my car and had me pull up behind another that was currently being worked on. Then politely guided me to the waiting area while I waited for it to be inspected. It was small but clean and even offered complimentary water and coffee. It just took a bit longer than I was expecting. At my old place, it may have only taken 15-30 minutes to get my car inspected but it was closer to 45 minutes to an hour here. They didn't try to sell our uncharged me on anything though which I appreciated.

Relayed…read moreall this to M & M and requested that they find the cause and repair it, then give it an alignment afterward. We paid for 'repairs' and alignment. Wife said it still felt wrong and still "shimmied". Went back to M&M who told me that we needed tires with stronger sidewalls and offered to sell us some. Later that month, we took it in for its state inspection and it failed for a broken rear swaybar. The inspector showed me the broken swaybar and told me that it was for safety and could cause it to be dangerous in curves because the swaybar evens out the sway of the rearend, what my wife had described as a shimmy. The inspection place didn't do suspension repairs, so we took it somewhere else. M & M did not perform the service requested.
