What I got instead was one of the rudest, most unprofessional interactions I've ever had at a business. An employee, short, overweight, with tattooed arms and a ridiculous "viking" hairstyle, looked at my tire and said "I SeE tHaT" in the most condescending tone imaginable. I'm a grown man, I don't need to play ego games, so I let it go. Another employee quickly stepped in and shooed him off. But even as I left, the guy glared at me like he wanted to fight. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I ended up paying nearly $300 for what I thought was a new tire. A few weeks later, it started deflating again. At this point, I truly believe they didn't even replace it. Just pumped it full of Fix-a-Flat and sent me on my way. That kind of disrespect is unacceptable. My friends and family, they all know now to stay away from Dunn. Now I go to Mavis Discount Tire. Friendly staff, $125 for a real tire replacement, and not a single staff member acting like they're in a middle school turf war. If Dunn wants to know why they lose customers, this is it. And if you're thinking about going there? Don't. Go anywhere else. :)

My husband called and told the person what I needed, he said he doesn't know if he will get the headlight lamp in time for the appointment, so my husband offered to get it himself. After making the appointment and receiving the headlight lamp in time for my appointment, we brought the car down. I then received a call from them asking me if I had the the snow tires for my car and asked if my husband said "order the snow tires" to the person he spoke to. Well, of course my husband didn't know he had to use the words "ORDER SNOW TIRES", he only said "I need snow tires". The guy told me that they had to order them as at the end of year he would have to pay a tax for any unsold tires, and doesn't replace tires after they are sold out. I told him forget the tires then and just do headlight and oil change. I received another phone from them an hour later and they told me I needed an air filter, okay so be it. I finally received my last phone call telling me my car is ready, I asked the girl how much since I am paying cash, she quoted me $255.70. When I went to pick up my car, the owner (he said he was the owner) said $265. 64 .. I said I was quoted a different price. Long story short he charged me the amount I was quoted for. The next morning going to work at 430 a.m I noticed as soon as I pulled out, that my headlight wasn't adjusted. I now inspected the front of my car and saw the bumper on the passenger side was sticking out by the headlight as well. After calling up the next day when they opened, Keith the owner told me that the headlight usually comes in already adjusted. Guess he feels women are stupid .. who knows. Instead of me taking my car back to Harry's, I brought my car to my mechanic, after purchasing snow tires on ebay and found out that Harry's didn't install my headlight lamp right and that there was a band that was broken and glued together and that is why my fender was sticking out. I cannot say for sure that Harry's did it, but I am going to assume after the experience I've had. I sure hope that they actually changed my air filter and changed my oil. Wasted $255. to that company. I do not recommend Harry's tires. Sad, they used to be a good company under the original owners, but I guess the new owners just doesn't care? AVOID AVOID AVOID at all cost AVOID!!! Take your car someplace else ..

Brian just put a water pump in my older Escalade with over 200,000 miles on it. He showed me other problems that need attention promptly & almost certainly saved me from breaking down roadside. There's no substitute for experience & professionalism and these guys have both. You won't find a better repair shop locally. Take a look at the vehicles awaiting repairs - there's usually a state police vehicle or two. Not just anyone is trusted enough to work on those vehicles. Brian even checked in with me 2 days later to make sure everything was good. Excellent guys & great Americans. Highly recommend.
