HORRIBLE. ER Neurologist Nayal is incompetent and lazy and…read moredoesn't like to be questioned. Nurses in ER SUCK left my husband in bed from 10:30am til 1pm without popping there head in to let us know what's going on or if needed anything. Not an offer of food or a sip of water as he was basically tied to the bed with millions of wires hanging off of him to machines if I wasn't there my husband was left like a stray on the street to fend for himself I mean really what happen to bedside manner and your job because I'm there as a family member under enough stress and your getting paid by my insurance to take care of your patience. Not only that but didn't let us know a damn thing of what was going on. My husband was brought in by ambulance possible stroke and you's are too busy to attend to him? Then waited for a room to be admitted for observation until 6pm the next day and only after I got the head manager nurse involved. ER Dr. was unprofessional throwing and slamming my husbands chart down on desks like a 5 year old child. Then on the floor a couple days later getting discharged at 11:30am but nurse went on lunch in hallway chatting and laughing with other nurses after I asked 3 times about his discharge papers and still sitting waiting after 3 HOURS. How unprofessional, lazy and don't care about patience because socializing is more important. Now after 3 hrs of waiting to be discharged they sent prescriptions to a pharmacy an hour in a half away from our home because they never asked us pharmacy preference information. Hospital should hold their paychecks too. NEVER will come to this hospital again. Now have yo go to a real hospital to get real answers and have insurance pay again. THIS HOSPITAL IS BELOW STANDARDS AND UNPROFESSIONAL. STAY CLEAR!!!

Me personally I was here years ago and was billed 4 times for the same 15 min or less dr visit. No reason to have the hospital bill me for him then ER bill me for him then his practice bill me twice when i never ever went to his practice. If you go here expect to probably get an infection. And expect billing nightmares.

This place used to be a solid urgent care facility for appointments and walk ins. Used it…read morefrequently in the past and was hoping for the same when I arrived today. Not sure what's happened here but this place has gone downhill significantly. Arrived to an empty waiting room with ear pain. Was hoping to be seen quickly. The front desk mentioned they would see me "right away" ... 1 hour and 20 minutes later and no word from anyone (???). I checked back in with the front desk and they saw me 3 minutes later. There was literally no one in the waiting room but 3 front desk clerks and zero (0) patients. Not sure what's Dr. Solomon's hold up was or whether the front desk forgot about me. Horrible, just horrible. Would give this place zero stars if possible. Come on Valley Health - what is up with your customer service?

Then my husband, who was in the waiting room, overheard the nurse and the front desk staff speaking negatively about me, making a joke out of my general practitioner's name and commenting on my arrival time. To clarify, I signed in on the website check-in list and was not given a specific appointment time. This is a walk-in urgent care, and there were no other patients waiting, so the issue is unclear to me. While the doctor was kind and professional, the behavior of the office staff significantly detracted from the overall experience.

It was really gross and it…read morelooks like they tried to clean it but they left pieces dried up on the sink bowl and I think on the faucet handles which upset me since I touched it without realizing. They had time to clean up since it was not busy at all (no other patients except maybe two) and I saw staff sitting at their computers. I was waiting roughly 40 minutes (which is fine I get it) but Idk why they left vomit dried out (vomit can contain bloodborne pathogens like HIV or Hepatitis and infectious viruses like norovirus) for other young patients to touch and come in contact and get sick from. Do better!

The doctor was nice but she examined him for maybe 3 minutes if that. I understand having a lot of patients and being understaffed but dont continue to take more appointments if you don't have enough practitioners to care for sick children and babies. Two days later he was admitted to the emergency room where he stayed for 3 days extremely sick with an upper respiratory virus similar to RSV. Will not be coming back. Could have been avoided if they had provided him with better care and taken his symptoms more seriously.
