Went to Evergreen to get a second opinion on a hip replacement that had never stopped being painful…read more2 years after surgery. The staff and doctors at the orthopedic clinic were very professional , helpful and kind. The analysis of the problems I presented were thoroughly researched with extensive X-rays, cat scans , MRI, blood tests - everything necessary to define the problem. The end result was a redo of my Previous hip replacement due to a Loose stem. Dr Adam Rothenberg was the attending physician and he and his support staff Provided comprehensive pre And post Op care . There was one slight service concern when after surgery I was transferred from one room where the staff was highly trained, knowledgeable about what to do with post hip replacement surgery to a subsequent room that was too small, old and inadequate with staff that was not well trained and frequently did not seem to understand what to do including how to manage pain or get me to walking It was actually a significant reduction in the quality of care and I felt I would do much better at home as soon as possible. I am sure this in part do to the shortage in health care professionals but quality of care throughout Evergreens services and facilities was not always present. .

Hi everyone, It is not over. In fact, it has become worse. The mistreatment of patients should not…read morebe acceptable by anyone, especially not by Evergreen if they truly care. So yeah, here's a little recap... I went to Evergreen Sport & Sine because I was waking up every morning with numbness in my arms; sharp, shooting pains when I turned my head to fast; and numbness when I turned my head too far in most directions. I had to beg the doctor Abe just for an x-ray. He completely ignored and dismissed my request for an MRI. His prescription: "Go do some physical therapy to strengthen your neck muscles." I went to another doctor who immediately took x-rays, reviewed them, and immediately sent me to an MRI. The MRI showed three herniated discs. My newer, better doctor said that physical therapy had the potential to make everything worse. So Evergreen bills me $391.18. I contest that bill. They performatively review my facts only to state "We reviewed these facts and yes, you still owe us the money for the services we provided." They didn't care about the actual facts (misdiagnosis, malpractice, 2nd opinion; MRI; months of treatments [which are still happening], and thousands spent to get this "fixed".) They only care about their money. In fact, they threatened me with collections if I did not pay. So, I paid. It's not over! Last month, I receive a second bill from Evergreen sayong that I now owe Dr. Abe an additional $201.00 for his work misdiagnosing me. I called to request another review. In response, today on July 15, I received a "Your balance is now past due" notice. I'm sure that the threats will continue until I pay for the healthcare service I did not receive. I hear that doctors are supposed to "do no harm." Some Evergreen doctors must be told to "do no help". "But don't worry because we will all get paid anyway."

The treatment was zero per…read morecent effective and expensive, close to $1000 out of pocket for the treatment that did not work. There was a total of about 8 visits. The topical treatment that Dr. Vincent had applied to the foot, caused deep and painful blisters for 2 months so my loved one had to tiptoe for 2 months because it was too painful to step on the foot. Now my loved one is seeing another doctor for the problem, which Dr. Vincent failed to treat. I question this doctor's professional ethics and judgement - he saw that the treatment had been futile or even harmful to a patient but kept doing it over and over and charging for it. Would not recommend his services to anyone. He does not have patients' best interests at heart

After extensive interview about symptoms and possible cause, Dr Vincent had me up on the exam table and pronounced I had a 'clogged sweat gland'. WTF. A what? There are sweat glands down there?? In no time Dr. Vincent was scraping and digging and removing the offending whatever, and placed a 'donut' bandage on it, and gave me a bunch to keep using. So far, the pain is gone and doesnt seem to be recurring. So, as others have noted, they may have 'encouraged' me to get orthodic inserts, as they noted my insurance would cover most of it. I did feel a little pressured, as it did not seem to be associated with the condition. However, I did get a pair of orthodics, and I like the arch support. Staff was great, friendly and efficient. Billing seemed accurate. Waiting area here is small and rather cramped, and hard to social distance if more than a couple folks are waiting. I'd recommend, if you plan to go there, be prepared to be 'offered' orthopedics.

I haven't had much, if any, neck issues since then. And even if I get some flare ups, I feel confident to resolve that with the exercises he's given me, and it resolves within a week (usually less). I recently started having really bad lower back pain for about the last 1-2 months and I finally made an appt to see him today. Zach gave me such an informative rundown on the root issues and the assessment was spot-on to my bad [posture] habits. He assured me in the way I needed it and again gave me the proper tools and exercises to feel confident that I can tackle this. I left feeling much less stiffness and tension in my lower back bc he spent some time loosening it up and adjusting my back. Can't say enough wonderful things about the guy and his knowledge. I already recommended him to some of my gfs.

I spent time and money on traditional physical therapy and was prescribed painkillers, repeating the same cycle for almost 7 years with no real relief. Within just one month of working with Zach, my lower back pain was gone. He took the time to properly assess my condition and his adjustments gave me my life back, pain-free. If you have been struggling with long-term pain and feel stuck, do yourself a favor and see Zach. I only wish I had found him sooner.

My lower back, hips and core have been weak due to the multiple pregnancies as well as prior injuries so my pelvic floor doesn't have much support. Kerri has taught me all the important exercises that target tiny support muscles I've neglected for years and I feel myself finally getting stronger. I wasn't sure I'd be able to do much with the pain and aches that was often debilitating and kept seeming to pop up on different locations but Kerri is definitely a pro and I'm excited about the progress we've been making! I've been to many PTs before for different ongoing injuries and Kerri is by far my favorite. The office is also clean, spacious and I like that treatment areas are more private than in some other offices. Though my interactions with others is minimal, everyone else I've engaged with has been super friendly and efficient.
