Can't say enough about this place. The manager Greg not only knew what he was doing, but explained things to me for future reference, and didn't over charge me when he had the clear opportunity. I had to drive back to Austin in 2 days and was ready to pay whatever I needed for a new tire but he deemed in not necessary. Let me know a patch work would be fine, a new tire wasn't necessary, and did a full diagnostic on my car on top of it. I gave them the make and model, as well as the trouble I was having with it, and was told to bring it in. Week #1 SEVERAL MSGS LEFT FOR KYLE (To no avail) WEEK #2 I get a call saying their machine can't get into my system and is ready for pickup.... I send the wrecker to pick it up and he is told that I have to come in to pay a storage fee. I get there only to find out I am.being charged $1100 for the time my car was brought in. WTF?????? The owner explained to me that it was not his fault their machine broke down and he lost money by having techs look at it.... DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I took my BMW here to get an oil change and for a diagnostic. I thought these two things were relatively simple things to do, but I guess I was wrong. After the work was "done", I got into my car and proceeded to drive away. However, I noticed that the steering wheel was incredibly stiff. I thought if I just drove it for a bit that it would loosen up so I just drove off. When I get back to my apartment and try to lock the car, the car remote key doesn't work anymore! So I drive all the way back and have them fix it. They have the nerve to tell me that some other part was broken and that they replaced it. LOL. Oh, and they didn't even bother resetting the check engine light after the diagnostic. Then, a month or two later, I notice that my car is leaking something badly. At first I thought it was from the gas tank, but after taking it to another BMW place (recommended by the dealer), they told me it was from an incomplete oil change. Apparently they had forgotten to replace some cover or something. Long story short, I had to get another oil change and fix the damage caused from the oil change they did. Possibly the worst car repair experience I've ever had!! Not once did they return my or my husbands phone calls, they lied on multiple occasions about calling either of us, and hung up on both of us when we would call to check the status of my car. The body work they performed was awful. The paint job was not thorough and I continue to find areas that they didn't paint. They also failed to make all repairs as listed in the accident report. After my car took a month and a half to replace just the hood, I was beyond frustrated with them that I have not and will not go back to them to deal with the repairs they failed to make correctly. Maybe they are good for car maintenance, but do not take your car here for body work. read more

Friendly and fast. Heard a loud grinding noise as I was driving on Central and pulled into the first service center I could find. The Overseas staff was friendly and offered to look at it right away. If you are a woman, stay away from this place. The first cold day of 2010, my "low tire alert" light came on. I had my tire checked and inflated, but the light did not go off. On March 1, 2011, I took it to Overseas Car Care to have them turn the light off. My bill was $237.17 for this. I drove the car home and the next morning my battery was dead. I called them and they sent a tow truck for the car. They said my battery was dead and would have to be replaced. This was a total bill of $286.59 less $95 towing for which I was reimbursed. When I told the man from whom I had bought the car in July, he said he had replaced the battery a few months before he sold it to me. Two weeks ago, I had my tires rotated at Discount Tire. The light again came on. When I took it back to them, they reached under the dash and flipped a switch which turned the light off. These people at Overseas Car Care took advantage of me because I am a 74 year old woman. read more

I was told my BMW owners and by researching via auto repair websites that when back windows won't go back up, the service to fix both shouldn't take more than an hour for BOTH. Overseas is charging me FIVE HOURS for both - instead of one or two max. The quote a second expert told me is, "well if they have trained mechanics, then it shouldn't take 5 hours, but if the mechanic is brand new, yeah, 5 hours is right". I'm not surprised about the previous review - where Cynthia wondered if they were legit - and unable to diagnose a fuel pump issue. I made the worst mistake of my life by using their branch on Preston Road Frisco, they ended up keeping my car for nearly 3 weeks, initially with an oil and water leak. It came back with a check engine light with they stated would clear within a 100 miles. After that I gave the car back and they said the O2 sensor or cam sensor was faulty. These were then both replaced but the check engine light had not cleared. Finally after keeping my car for another 2 weeks they diagnosed the issue as a gasket and charged me $450 labor for a $1 part. In total I spent nearly $4000 for them to fix my vehicle. When I opened the engine bay to check the oil the new dipstick I had replaced a month ago was cracked and the radiator cover was held with the wrong parts causing it to rattle. I'm going back to Eurpsport Automotive Gary Ochs team would have never treated me this bad. They deserve zero out of five. read more

BEWARE! So bad, I wondered if they were even a legit business. Took over 4 weeks to diagnose a simple fuel pump issue.

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE AND TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. They will not return your calls and take your car waaay longer than first told. They will charge you more and don't even confirm with you before they order parts, they just do it and charge you for it. Your car will be sitting there for days without them doing a thing and they don't even provide you with a loaner car, you need to juggle cars, if you can or rent one. Its the worst experience EVER and I am beyond frustrated with them. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! thats for sure. I hope they will run out of business because they totally deserve it on how they treat their customers!!!! read more

I took my car to the new store in mesquite to have it looked at it wasn't getting hot or anything but was running a bit warmer they told me I needed to replace the coolant system (water pump/fan clutch) and thermostat they take all day with my car i was getting worried they never called well i call and they say its rdy so i go to pick it up when i get there the guy ask me if my neon lights work i was like what?? then i was like YEAH! they do i just got them on the car for my daughter the car was going to be her 1st car and what a cool it would be with working neon lights but that's not the case here now take it if you owned a CAR LIFT you would look where the car is placed before you lift it up NOPE NOT THE CASE HERE theses guyz did not look and did not care to see the BIG NEON LIGHTS on the side of the car so they broke them the guy came out and told me that I would have to talk to the owner well that didn't happen till I called him at the store in old mesquite I was like ok thinking it would get taken care of no sooner than I get home with it it springs a big leak and starts squealing loudly now its xmas eve and im stuck out and have to wait on on them now so I wait till they reopen and i call them and tell them to have my car towed in the tow truck picks it up and i never get a call i have to call him to find out if he got my car well he gets on the phone and says YEAH lol it was just a broke clamp and that sort of thing just happens IT HAPPENS WHEN YOU USE OLD CLAMPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! anyway i pick up my car they did not bother to shut my hood so it flew up on me on my way home i got lucky the hood was not hurt it was the hinges but that is fixable it could have been fatal!!!! i called him and told him you left the hood open on my car and he says (your joking)? omg really guy get a grip on life! he told me that he would take care of the lights and i agreeded but now i get the lights in and he does not want to pay for them also my car sounds like a jet motor!!!!! the fan clutch does not sound right at all! my car is in worse shape than it was before i took it to this CLOWN SHOP CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!! this place is a RIP OFF owner is Perry Dun read more
