Thank you so much for being so on it! As I write this I am sitting in Diamond Bar and my husband is in your office. He went out riding his motorcycle with his cousin out in the desert when he lost control, fell off and injured his hand/wrist. I searched on yelp for an urgent care that had good ratings, would take our insurance and had imaging available on site. I found you! Literally, they got him in there within 10 minutes of his arrival. They diagnosed the problem which is worse than he thought (fractured wrist), took x-rays, called a hand specialist for him and are putting it up in a splint now. Thank you to the awesome team in the front that I kept calling to clarify some things--she never seemed annoyed and was friendly. AND to the staff in back who are currently doing an excellent job. This is the worst urgent care if I could put zero stars I would seriously my son got hurt he cut his head open a bit after a fall I called at 7:24 my pregnant wife was already on her way with him and they told me they wouldn't see him because it was about to be 7:30 and proceeded to explain because if he needed sutures it would take too long. What kind of medical practice denies a 6 Yr old patient with autism after he gets hurt just because they want to get off work on time!!! Seriously I will never be going back to this place. read more

I went with my son having 103 fever and coughing "on a weekend". They just prescribed for him Tamiflu without any further investigation on what could be the reason of the fever. My son got worst afterwards and the fever went above 104. We then went to his doctor who asked for chest X-Ray which showed that he had Bronchitis and Pneumonia and needs to be hospitalized!! read more

I am here for a drug testing and here I'm thinking it'll only take a few minutes to call me in to pee in a cup but NO! I have waited for more than ONE HOUR and 8 other people went ahead of me even though I CHECKED IN FIRST! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION. We were in at 1100 and out by 1130. The local emergency rooms have 6 hour waits, so I know this is unheard of.

Visiting family in California and had sinus issues so I decided to get some meds instead of waiting to go home. Found this place on google so went right over. At 9am on a weekday there were only a few others in the waiting room. The place is clean and efficient and took care of me quickly. Best urgent care ever! Kind and caring, took me right in when my asthma was limiting my airways. Very happy to have found this facility since we got new insurance. I had know idea where to go. I had a dog bite that needed to be treated quickly, and I had the good luck to go to Summit Urgent Care. I'm glad I did!! It was well worth the extra drive time from my home. The facility is spotless, the equipment is new, the staff is friendly and capable (I was helped by Carlos and April, both of whom were terrific). I felt I got excellent care, and I was in and out within an hour, most of that time being treated, not waiting. Love this place and will go back there if I have any need for Urgent Care. read more

The wait was quick, everyone was so friendly (I had 3 kids with me & they had a blast playing in the kid area...the staff even brought them lollipops & put a Disney movie on for them) it was clean and I am happy to have found such a wonderful urgent care!!! I went to this place for the first time, and the staff was great! very professional and friendly. The doctor was not able to do much for me but did referred me a specialist since she was not able to do nothing for my illness. I do recommend this place to anyone who wants to see a doctor. They do not take patients after 7pm even though they close at 8. They are more concerned of going home on time than taking care of patients.

Always a good experience, friendly staff, very upfront, recommended if you need to see a doctor quickly.

This place is very nice with professional and polite staff. I did not have to wait long and was seen pretty quickly. My questions were answered and I was treated for what I came in for. Been twice for pre-op exam and lab work. Got me in quickly on very short notice, promptly saw me and had a very useful and frank discussion with the PA. Facility is new and clean. Only downside was they neglected to fax my results to my surgeon for more than a week. Had to call them to get it done. read more

I have been to this Urgent Care on 2-3 occasions. They were always prompt and courteous. I loved the care given to me by Jeff Stevens, FNP and Linda Plush, FNP. Both are excellent medical providers that truly seem to care. I was concerned about the other review that stated they close earlier than the posted times, but I have not experienced any issues. read more

Worst place in Palmdale. I moved here 2 months ago and I had a sore throat and pain in my ears. I paid 120$ cash and I Swear to God I waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes in the room by myself and there was literally no other patients. After 1 hour and a half, the worst doctor i've ever delt with came her name was " Thesaura Jenifer Wheaton" and asked what's wrong and I told her, without her even looking into my throat or my ears she said wait a second. She left for 20 minutes and then came back with a piece of paper and said " have a nice day". Are you kidding me!!! She didn't even tell me what is going on and she was so rude . I told her what is going on she said well I can't tell you you're a cash patient. Is that how you treat cash patients? 120$ is nothing for you? When I got so mad at her a nice guy that works there came to me and told me I apologize for her behavior and told me that I have a bacteria in my throat and I need to take a antibiotic for 5 days. And the worst doctor who's name is " Thesaura Jenifer Wheaton" didn't want to tell me. Never going back there and avoid this doctor who thinks she owns people. read more

Took my 5 year old last night with a broken arm, they were fast to get us in and super amazing with my son who was very scared. We are visiting out of town and they did everything possible to accommodate us, even paging the orthopedic doctor so we can get in today to get him a cast. I've been here on a few different occasions for myself and my children and it has always been a pleasant experience.Jeff and Linda were attentive to our needs and Carlos was very gentle and efficient. The wait time at other facilities has always been an issue but not here they called us back after less than five minutes of waiting, which was nice for a change. I went to summit urgent care tonight at 7:21 and was told they took their last patient at 7:00. Then why are the hours 8:00am to 8:00pm!! The lady at the desk named Liz told me the the physician assistant was leaving early!!!! No dr on site??!! Never again!! You guys suck!! They have a policy that the doctor will leave at 8pm, so you may want to call before hand if you're going after 6pm. I got there at 6:40 and they were not accepting any more patients. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly! We talked for about 10 minutes; she was trying to help me decide whether I should go to the emergency room. read more

I'm definitely a fan. I've been taking my kids there for a few years now and have never had any issues. The employees are kind and make you and most importantly make the kids feel comfortable. They have no problem taking my calls days after the visit and answering my questions or even prescribing meds if they feel it is necessary rather than having me bring my kids back. read more

After reading all of the really good reviews I decided to take my daughter to Summit Urgent care. Over the weekend my 17 year old daughter discovered that her lymph nodes on the left side of her neck were very swollen. Swollen but not painful and were hard and not moveable. She also over the past week had been extremely tired. Our normal doctor was out of town and my daughter would be leaving to study abroad in a weeks time. Being concerned and being under a time crunch because of her upcoming departure we decided to go to Summit Urgent Care to hopefully maybe get blood work started or perhaps at least an idea of what was going on. We arrived on a Monday evening at 6:30p, an hour and a half prior to closing, to find the door locked. We knocked, one of the assistants waved at us through the glass and ignored us, then finally another assistant came to the door and stated that they were closed. When I began to ask why so early, she explained that they had a patient that needed medical attention and that they had no time to see anyone else, then promptly shut the door...literally turning us away....we couldn't believe it. Even if she was in a stressful situation, perhaps redirecting us to another urgent care, something besides shutting the door in our face. At this point it was too late to go anywhere else anyway so we had to wait till the next morning. I'm sure the staff is good at what they do, but we will never go back. My daughter and I were already nervous about the prospects of what was causing the severe inflamation of her lymph nodes, we needed at least a little bit of direction and an ounce of sensitivity. read more

I would never go back the nurse practitioner seemed unengaged. Didn't even fully check me out. It just a waste of my time. They keep you there so the can use your insurance I agree with the other comment below they are a bunch of thieves. Will never go back medical items can be found laying on the flow and the have old equipment. Try a different urgent care or go to the ER you will find better service. read more

Excellent!! It was a busy day and saw one very rude man making comments about "the Illegals Immigrants" getting faster service because Carlos takes care of "his people". He arrived after I did and he was most certainly seen very quickly with kindness and patience even if he was an ass. This man was the worst of the worst. He was playing loud music/videos on his phone in the waiting room, burping several times very loudly and long, staring at people as to intimate in the waiting room and passing gas very loudly. He was an older man but he knew exactly what he was doing. He was in such a hurry and then when leaving he had time to chat and "harass" the staff for a very long time. He made sexual "puns" to the nurse. I am astonished as to how the staff was all able to keep their professionalism. I was ready to clobber him because of comments he made to me. Bravo!! Good job! I absolutely love love love this place. I have had to go several times. Some for myself amd some for my daughter. The young adults who work there are super sweet and then when u hear them chit chatting and laughing, it could be bothersome to someone who is sick and just not feeling well. Nurse Mary is absolutely INCREDIBLE. She takes her time to get to know you. If u are a repeat patient she reads thru your charts and does her work thoroughly. A wonderful & knowledgeable lady with a great sense of care and humor. The waits are short. The Pharmacy is right across the street. Theres plenty of parking and the place is immaculate which u cant say of many places in Palmdale. If there is ONE thing i can not so much complain about but rather point out is....if u show up at 6:30 p.m. sometimes they will have no beds available and you may have to come back the next morning. If in fact it is an emergency then right behind the building is Palmdale Regional Emergency Room. read more

Best in AV. Others need to remember it is an urgent care-doctors visit at extended hours or when you are away from home. Not a clinic or emergency room, so it is wise to check if it's in your network before visiting. Staff is great. read more
