While they state they performed follow-up work and that the system is functional, we were not provided a resolution that addresses the exposed piping or returns it to its original buried condition. There is a disagreement regarding responsibility for final grading and restoration. Based on this experience, I would not recommend them to others.

He told me I have water coming in from the sewer and seepage and that he's not gonna help me with either one of them and he's not gonna help me at all. I've never seen a more unprofessional company in my life. I can't believe he started yelling at me. I am a victim of violent crimes so that really scared me extra. The project went ahead as scheduled, but, I was a little disappointed that his crew had no respect for the plantings on the side of my driveway, and completely destroyed one entire side of plantings. Come January, we noticed that two sections of the driveway had cracks in them, and yes, I know that concrete cracks. However, I had a clause inserted into our contract to repair certain defects. Dave responded to my initial email stating that he would address this issue in April. Come April, emails weren't addressed, and total radio silence. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and amazingly, Dave emailed the next day stating that he would be out to repair the driveway. Hoping that his "repairs", which took maybe 15 minutes will address the issue. Long story, short...there are issues with Dave communicating with clients post job status.
