They had very poor communication and changed arrival windows and days on me with no notice, resulting in me taking time off work and waiting for them just to find out they'd changed me to a different day. When I was upset about this, they gaslit me and said I was giving them a hard time and cancelled the job out from under me. I was able to get in touch with a manager at that point who took over scheduling and got the job completed. But the overall experience wasn't great.

Based on positive reviews, I reached out to AAA Pro Drywall & Stucco and a few other companies for a quote. I sent a detailed description of the project and photos via text. The entire time, AAA Pro responded with one word answers. It felt like pulling teeth. He eventually said that he'd need to see the room in person to give me an estimate. Valid! He suggested to do so this weekend and we agreed on the Sunday. It's my day off and I wanted to sleep in, so I suggested an early afternoon or late morning, but he made a big deal that it needs to be early, that he does all estimates early in the morning and then goes to a job site. He even said it could be a different day but again had to be early. After going back and forth for some time, we settled on 9am on Sunday. Comes Sunday. I didn't get to sleep in the way I wanted and got up at 8am to ensure I'm awake and ready by the time he arrives. At 8:50 I sent him a text saying how to get through the gate. No response. A few minutes after 9am, still not a word. It's not like too much time passed but I had a different company coming in at 10. Plus it was strange that I didn't hear a word from him. Finally, at 9:07 he sent me a message that he overslept. No apology, no nothing. He just said that he'll come at 10:15 ISH. He didn't ask me if this time worked for me, he just stated it. Like I have nothing else to do but sit all day and wait for his highness to grace me with his presence. I said 10:30 and told him not to be late because I had another estimate coming in. He said OK. 10:40 no sign of him. No text. Such a flake. Honestly it really bothered me that he is the one who made a big deal about making it an early appointment and then he overslept and didn't even apologize like it was normal. He acted like I will just accept any time he can throw at me. I have absolutely no doubt that if I didn't text him at 9:03 asking if he was still coming, he wouldn't even tell me he was late, he would just be a no show from the getgo. Of course he ended up a no show anyway. Some arrogance on this guy. Cool off dude, there are multiple drywall businesses available for the job, real businessmen with a work ethic. Don't own a business if you can't treat people right! Extremely unprofessional, arrogant, and a flake! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

They got the job done on time, were professional, friendly, courteous, respectful and meticulous with detail and cleanliness. We asked them to remove the foam trim on the balcony and garage doors as well. They did this so efficiently and cleanly and it looks seamless, like that's how it should have looked. I attached a couple photos of the covers they put all around the house including covering the patios, pool and driveway. Not only did they cover the pool, they took time to clean out any debris that fell in the pool! Their cleanliness and attention to detail is just amazing.
