They got the job done on time, were professional, friendly, courteous, respectful and meticulous with detail and cleanliness. We asked them to remove the foam trim on the balcony and garage doors as well. They did this so efficiently and cleanly and it looks seamless, like that's how it should have looked. I attached a couple photos of the covers they put all around the house including covering the patios, pool and driveway. Not only did they cover the pool, they took time to clean out any debris that fell in the pool! Their cleanliness and attention to detail is just amazing. Using the Yelp project feature, I found Vegas Paints. They were considerably more affordable than their competitors who are "licensed painters" which I had never heard of. Vegas Paints is licensed and insured so I felt comfortable booking with them. Moisés was the quickest to respond and even was able to give us a quote without needing to come out to measure, using Google Earth to figure out how tall of a ladder his team would need. We had our fascia boards and shutters painted. The house looks so much better. The team at Vegas Paints arrived early and was so fast removing all of the old paint before they got painting. Due to sunset and needing a different color paint for the shutters, the team came back the next day to finish the shutters, but otherwise it would have been done same day. The supervisor on site was very kind and made sure he heard and understood our wants/needs before they began. At the request of the Cadence HOA Compliance Committee, I needed to have the fascia boards on my home painted. They did a color match to meet HOA requirements, and did all the exterior patching and small details that we asked them to repair. Christian is the main point of contact, and he handled any and all questions professionally. After they were completed, they asked that we do a walk-through to point out any imperfections or errors that we might notice. Once we let them know, they returned to clean up any paint that might have mistakenly got onto the windows. It has been a couple months now and everything looks stellar so far. I found out that they will be back after six months to make sure everything is looking good. They even left the remaining paint for us! Their pricing wasn't the most inexpensive quote of the three, but their pricing was competitive and I felt the most comfortable trusting them with our home given the quality of paint and the years that it would stay looking good. The follow-up and customer service has been stellar. I highly recommend them!
