I recently had all my actuators burn out at once from a faulty relay, and what I blame was an old security system. I got a quote somewhere else for over $900 just for the actuators, but no guarantee that it would fix it. The other place wouldn't even remove the security system without charging me a fee to make sure it would be an easy job or hard job. So I was driving home and stopped by here with very little hope. He was able to replace all my actuators, replace the relay, and remove the security system and put it back to factory for around $500! I do highly recommend him, but just be very clear with what you want done. read more

I should've known Better. Get everything in WRITING before leaving keys ! I didn't sign anything before leaving, either. TWO RED FLAGS ! Better yet, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Owner told me that a "diagnostic" for my inoperable AC blower would be about a half hour, then depending upon findings, go from there. I specifically asked to be CALLED if it would go beyond that. He called and said it was "ready". Turns out it was a Relay ($5 part) that needed old one pulled from fuse block, and new one plugged-in. Ultra-simple task ! To the tune of $165 !!!! This, folks, is an Unconscionable Breach of Ethics. No Car Audio shop charges $165 for a half hour. I was so stunned ... that I Actually PAID it ! The thing that the owner is short sighted about, is that treating customers this way, inspires them to Tell Everyone that they know, to AVOID THIS PLACE. Instead, a Smarter business play would've been an extremely Low Bill, since the task was "simple" (according to him);:, and the part is CHEAP. That would've bought him A Lot of Free Advertising from This customer. POOR Choice ! 'Short term Gain, for Long term Consequence'. **** NOTEWORTHY ENOUGH TO ADD: that $5 Relay ... it is USED ! I was in a bind. I began installing my new Kenwood 10" screen stereo with a dash cam, maestro datalink, and a backup camera for my 2017 F150. During this process, I hit a few technical snags above my extreme novice experience. It was a pretty complex. Every shop in town the was booked and couldn't help. This business popped up in my Yelp search and I was a bit skeptical due the pictures of the facilities and a few feedbacks of their service. I gave them a shot, and it was Juan that approached me helped me out. He listened to my story on where I got stuck with the install and he began troubleshooting. He figured it out and explained to me where I went wrong and how to proceed. I was missing screws that came from the products, but he was able to find spares in the shop. Despite having other vehicles around that he was working on, I don't think he was going to charge me for the quick assist, so I asked for another service to connect my new backup camera to my reverse lights so I can pay for his services. He did it, and it was quick and done. I wanted to finish this project myself and went home to complete the installation with no more issues. The facilities is not comparable to the other shops. It is not fancy, other than they accept modern pay methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, but it's a few of dudes, that knows what they are talking about and can complete your projects. They have inventories of other systems and accessories to sell. Another thing to point out, they are friendly and approachable. Thanks Juan for your help, he saved my "Man Pride" from getting destroyed by my wife LOL. I will bring my business to them again. read more

Tint that was installed started fading about 6 months in took it in and the owner said that there was no way it would fade and showed him the receipt to warranty out the work and started ignoring my calls and does not want to honor warranty would definitely not recommend also reported to the BBB read more

I went in today to upgrade my stereo in my Dodge Ram. Usually I do this type of work myself but having kids at home I don't have spare time so I was going to have them do the installation and while trying to talk to the sells man he was playing with his phone and wasn't paying attention to me at all . I had questions because I wanted to retain my factory stereo and he was blowing me off when I asked him to look at my truck to get his opinion on what options I would have considering that there isn't much space for a subwoofer. I support small businesses because I work at one myself. Had cash in my pocket and ready to buy but he wouldn't give me the time of the day!!! Don't bother with these guys. My friend spent hundreds of dollars on over priced speakers and an amp. I installed it in his truck yet had some difficulty programing the in dash unit and getting out but from the sub woofer amp. We went back to them today and the owner spent less than 5 minutes tweaking the system and charged my friend $25.00. Mind you, these guys already made a large profit from my friend. Jerks. read more

I had a new Kenwood Bluetooth/USB Multimedia deck and two door speakers installed in my classic 1985 Nissan Pickup truck installed. The final price was within 15 dollars of the quoted price and the sound quality is great! It took 1 hour to complete and I did have to vacuum the left over insulation and wire clippings. There was no in-person review of the equipment usage by any of the staff. It was "We're finished, here's the total and "Adios"" The packaging of the retail products were faded (not sure if it was due to age or less than OEM sourcing) and the store layout had me checking my pockets for my Passport when I left. I had a question about a problem with my current audio set up and they went ahead and searched for me and are fixing the problem as they were doing my alarm. I came here to get my window tint done, a sub installed, and fixing my deck problem (that I put it in myself), and now my alarm system. This small but quality shop has a wide variety of product, when it comes to audio equipment, alarms, h.i.d. Lights, fogs, and window tint. I recommend coming here because they are straight up and aren't just trying to get the most possible money out of you.
