I've been here twice & each time have gotten a different service & they offer nail service & lash lift. I am tempted to try out their Lash service. My last appointment I got my nails done. Nothing fancy my cuticles were growing crazy. I got a hydrating facial. My acne is getting out of control. The owner is nice & she not that talkative. She gets down to business. Which is nice but I did have to ask what exactly did she do to my face. She kindly explained. The girl who did my nail was lovely. All in my experience was amazing. You know, there just are few things more relaxing than putting paint on your nails and sticking your hands in small UV lamp ovens! All of my greatest joy, thanks to Melanie Woodard. One of the most wonderful and kind people I have ever met. Not to mention, by far the best nail artist. She is booked weeks in advance, and that is for a reason! The quality of the products she uses is the best you can get, the shop is ultra clean, and the cost could not be more affordable! Samantha Owens, who is the lash artist at Talk Of The Town, is the best of the best. She offers premium lash extensions (curled and straight) and charges $60 for fill-ins. I believe the initial cost for the first set is $110.00, but I will update if incorrect. These extensions last on myself for 4 weeks! Impressive, but quality and proper technique go a long way! Talk Of The Town also offers hair cutting and coloring services, waxing, facials, pedicures, skin rejuvenation among many other services. Wow. I am so disappointed. I've been coming here for 10 YEARS. Originally I received a discount of…read more20% because the full set of acrylic toes popped off, so when I came in yesterday I got a full set on my hands. I showed Golden the inspiration, and he tried his best. He was wonderful, kind and sweet. Nothing bad to say about him or than the design was not what I wanted at all, the sides were lifting a bit, and he cut 2 fingers. I called and originally just told them the design was messy, because I've been coming there for 10 years! Why explain their other bad services when every other time was fine? They quoted me $25 to fix it. That's when I explained Golden cut me and nails were lifting. They were firm on $25 so I expressed I would leave a review. They called me back and refused to service me. I was on my way already, so when I came in I was recording my interaction. (Everyone does, it's 2026!) I asked her why she was so angry at me and I expressed I've been a loyal customer. I was calm and respectful. She refused to service me. When they treat loyal long term customers like this, I will NEVER recommend this business again. I am hurt and disappointed.
