I drove 26 minutes to use this Groupon and the teenager only said yeah I don't know why Groupon will let you purchase more than one. The Versa is not worth $47 out of pocket. So I left annoyed. It would be a courtesy to let customers know that you can only purchase 1 tan every 6 months.

It was easy to make an appointment and when I arrived she gave me a quick chat about how it works and gave me a binder to read through with some of the health benefits of infrared sauna. I found the experience (30 minutes) very relaxing. They give you a terry cloth wrap to wear in the sauna and there are towels for afterwards. The sauna is in a little room of its own that locks. Their beds and booths and also their wellness pods and red light therapy are top of the line. For 2 people I think it's $99 a month and you can have four services a day...at my prior tanning salon I was unhappily married to a contract I had to fulfill and for two services a day for one person monthly I paid $115.00. Glo has their own line of tanning and wellness products that work amazing. I can't say enough great things about this place! A+. I'll never go anywhere else!

This location is by far my favorite! All of the staff members are wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Carol, the owner, takes the time to know your face and name, and is one of the most outgoing and upbeat people I've ever met. Lindsey has always done a great job with my very thick, very curly hair, and pays great attention to every little detail. I've never left unsatisfied! The staff is always trained and up-to-date on all the latest trends and they use great high quality products. I've also been to Beth Hilgers when I needed to get in and Lindsey was booked up or unavailable. She is unbelievable with color! On top of all the usual hair services, they also offer tanning, nails, face/body waxing, facials, and massages, to name a few. The most convenient thing is they have online booking on their website! You can schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments completely online, without ever needing to call the salon. Their prices are pretty competitive, and I'm very happy to continue driving 45 minutes to get my hair done!

Worst customer service experience I've had in a place of business in a long time. I went in for my usual spray tan and to give my 30 day notice of cancellation as I've moved and this location is no longer convenient for me. Upon cancelling, they charge you a $16.50 cancellation fee. My question was "will I be able to use the spray tan through the 7th of October with this additional fee?" Is it like a proration? The answer was no. "It's a charge so that you aren't charged again October 1st. Unless you cancel exactly 30 days in advance, you'll be charged this additional amount." I've been frequenting tanning establishments for years. Generally, they all want a 30 day notice of cancellation, but prorate your charges. Different companies have different rules and all make you sign lengthy contracts. To each their own. This is not the reason for the review. Abby calls me, as I asked for someone to contact me because the employee "didn't understand it either" and I wanted clarification. Abby reiterated the fee and then proceeds to tell me that "I signed a contract, that there are signs all over and that "I must not be able to read!" WOW. She proceeds to tell me that I am an "entitled c-word" (I won't post that here, but you know), that I cussed out her rep and that I am banned. After the initial shock, I said a few choice words of my own. This isn't about the $16.50. It's about professionalism and integrity. I didn't deserve to be treated that way. I did not cuss her employee out. Customers have questions. This was a legitimate question. Instead of explaining or offering a solution of " to avoid this, we could set your cancelation day to 11/1, or anything similar, she resorted to name calling, banning and lying. I'm still upset by the way I was treated. She also refused to refund the charges and thinks that it is "funny" that I've paid for the full month, the extra fee AND unable to use the service.
