OK, I know people almost always post their bad experiences. I've had some good ones here. My latest visit, though, was not what I would call enjoyable. So they have an app that you can check in on, which I've done for some time, and just walked in and got my room. Well, this time, I'm told I have to scan in as well. I was like, what good is an app then. She says we'll hold a bed for you. I doubt if I check in, they'll put me ahead of others that come in before I get there. I said I was told I didn't have to scan in as long as I used the app. She was like I don't know who would have told you that." Like I would be lying about that. I didn't bring a wallet because that's what I was told She just rubbed me wrong. Kind of condescending. She's a newer girl, I think. Maybe the new manager. I'm not impressed at all. She didn't even apologize for the miscommunication. This review may make me not get good service from her here. But I'm cool with that. Can't be everybody's pal. I cannot explain how terrible this place is. It is WAY over priced. They charge way too much and they are so rude. I have met multiple workers here and they're ALL rude..They act like I'm talking up THEIR time. Also, they constantly try to sell me products even though I have told them multiple times my very good reason why I can't! I am most definitely not a fan and I am so happy that I ended up going elsewhere and I will tell everyone I know to! No matter how conveniently located it is, I will NEVER be back. If I could have given this place zero stars I would have. Okay so a new user to their service I get all checked in, they want me to use their app. I don't want to and basically don't have to. I get the absolute HARD SELL on their overpriced tanning lotions (that have color booster so you're more satisfied with the color you're getting in their beds). I turn down the lotions. My skin is well hydrated. I've owned it all my life. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in I get the hard sell on the bloody lotions that smell like some awful combination of food and flowers - so gross. Finally I cave and buy the cheapest possible lotion that doesn't smell like ass bubble gum. So now I'm all set when they try the hard sell on the lotions, I'm good. Next time I go in a different girl (it's a different person almost every time, I get it - tanning salon isn't actually a "career" so yeah - turnover) tries that hard sell but I'm ready - I say, "why yes! I have lotion I purchased here!" This little twit tells me, "well that lotion isn't approved for use in our beds." Wait. Are you f****** kidding me right now?!?!? I was FURIOUS!!! I turned down the HARD SELL yet again. At that point, I was done. I never went back and I had a good 6 months left on my plan. I hate these people. I will NEVER set foot in that salon again and I tell EVERY SINGLE PERSON I KNOW not to use them. They'll never get another cent of my money after I paid for 6 months and couldn't use it because I didn't want to be harassed every goddamn time I went in. Suntastic is another chain of tanning salons. I used them until Darrell closed the facility closest to me and that's when I switched to this mess. I'm going back to Suntastic. I highly recommend them. Laid back people work there. They don't harass you about lotions. It's cheaper. SO much better than this overpriced harassment! Go to Suntastic! I have always had very fast service here, which is very important to me. They have always been very courteous and informative to me. Never have had a problem. Prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend it. read more

I highly recommend that you avoid this tanning salon. Two of my family members used their services. For the first 3 times I went in, they had lost my membership information and I had to redo it each time. My daughter signed up for a membership. I accompanied her and signed the release. We spent 15 minutes doing paperwork. When she went in for the 4th time to tan the lady very rudely informed her she did not have a parent release on file. I have been trying to reach someone by phone for two days at various times. You are placed on hold and no one answers. I would like a refund for my daughters membership. We shall see. Went in for first visit, they went through everything charged me for some spray tan booster. Asked the lady if I got the versa pro and she said she didn't know. Was a little confused but was going to go ahead and try it. Then after she charged me for booster, she said I couldn't do it because it was Thursday and I had to do it on the weekend. I'm not sure. I left very confused. Won't be going back because to much confusion. Not sure why I couldn't have just paid for my spray tan. She just said I couldn't tan today. So confusing. LoL oh well. read more

I usually go to this STC salon because its closest to my house and I had a friend who worked here. I honestly think I will be taking a longer drive. The evening staff is very kind and have always been. But the day staff have been nothing but rude. The "store director" even said I was lying about an issue I had. She flat out said "that's never happened here, you're lying." And my friend that worked there all ended up quitting due to poor management. I can understand why. I have headed to the salon a few times when they have free tan week, or cheap spray tans. And I've been let down every time I come during the day. read more
