Went back a third time b/c no one called with a resolution. I was given the info that was sent to customer service by Brooklyn; simply stating I needed to freeze my account! No mention of her mistake & that I had indeed frozen my account PRIOR to the 1st of June. Went back AGAIN (b/c they do not answer the phones) to discuss with manager Tala and was told "Brooklyn had a bad day that day", ok, no problem. Correct your mistake! Then she said that I would hear something in 10-14 business days but that they would probably not refund my money! It's 6/12 and I still can't get anyone to give me a resolution. DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT; IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO SO USE A CC NOT A DEBIT CARD SO YOU CAN DISPUTE CHARGES! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
