Recently I contracted with SunBelt Home Solutions to paint my house using their Tex-Cote Coolwall product.  I was first approached by Ceasar Oliver (Canvassing Manager) about painting my home.  He was very informative about the product, financing, and how the work would be done.  I told him that I was interested in having my house painted, but was not ready at that time due to other projects I had going on.  Mr. Ceasar was very personable during our meeting saying he understood, and did so with no high pressure sales tactics. Several weeks later I received a follow up phone call from SunBelt Home Solutions asking if I was still interested in having them paint my house.  I told them that I was, and an appointment was made to meet with their Territory Manager, Michael Hattman, at my house.  At that time we agreed on a price and terms.  Again, like Mr. Ceasar, he was cordial and patient with my questions. A few days later the painters, Eduardo and Raphael, arrived to do the work on my house.  I cannot say enough good things about them and their work.  Their attention to detail was incredible.  The work took 4 days.  During that time they pressure washed the house, masked and covered windows and trim, covered bushes, dug out around the house so that the Tex-Cote would extend below ground level, patched damaged and cracked stucco, put primer on the entire house, and then applied the Tex-Cote.  During this process Raphael and Eduardo continued to ask me questions about what and how I wanted certain things painted.  Raphael noticed the wood trim on a door was rotting at the bottom and replaced all the wood trim before painting.  He also noticed an open gap above a large window that had not been sealed when the house was built, which I had never noticed.  He sealed and painted it.  As I said, their attention to detail was impressive.  My neighbors, who have owned their own construction business, commented to me about the quality they saw in their work.  Raphael and Eduardo cleaned up and put everything back as it was when the work was done. It has been about a month since the work was done as of this writing, and I have not found anything wrong with the work that was done.  No over spray, nothing. Last but not least, I have to mention Sophia.  She was the contact person in their office. I phone her on several occasions with questions or concerns.  She has a very pleasant personality, and was always helpful. In conclusion, my experience with SunBelt Home Solutions found them to be professional and their work of the highest standards.  Only time will tell how their product holds up on the house, but considering my experience with the company I believe it will do well. read more

I'll be curious if this poor review stays up but if it keeps someone from spending their money, and their time, with this company I'll be glad. I was quoted back in March of 2025 and am only writing this now after going with another company to install new windows and I am so glad that I chose someone else. The pricing I received was over $50k to replace 9 windows in my condo. Absolutely insane pricing and the "financing" option with predatory rates was a big NOPE. Other companies in the area are HALF of that total cost. Also didn't appreciate the 1-1.5hr "consultation" which resulted in the rep, from the Sarasota location, being at my house for over THREE hours during a work day. They really overstay their welcome to wear you down. The pressure to sign the contract that day was also ridiculous. Sign on the dotted line for 50 grand, like everyone just has that laying around. I jokingly said "I'll have to go to the bank of Dad to pay for something like this" which then resulted in multiple comments of "well maybe it'd be best if your dad was here to go over the details and the pricing". This is MY home, this is MY money. It was condescending and not appreciated, as if that cost they gave me was reasonable. I received multiple texts after the initial consult saying they could offer a better price- yet that had to be in person. Their suggestion was to come out again on the weekend to discuss...absolutely not. Like I want to waste my weekend on another 3 hour session. Haven't heard from them for months (luckily) until this past week where I've now been called over 4 times from their 941-259-3812 number. I never called back for a reason. We had our Cool Wall exterior coating applied the week beginning January 19, 2026. The entire process took a week. From the beginning of the process, every representative was very pleasant and easy to work with. Choen did the demonstration and explained the entire process. Sophie called to schedule the initial inspection, and confirmed the day before. Marty did the initial inspection, took pictures and verified the colors that we chose. Sophie again called to set up times for the crew to begin the process, and again confirmed the day before. Eduardo and his team arrived on time and went straight to work. Any questions that we had regarding what the crew was doing was answered with a simple text and quick reply. After the process was complete, we both walked the house with Eduardo to make sure we were happy and nothing was missed. The next Monday, Marty came back out and inspected again with us. After a couple of weeks, we noticed our side garage door appeared to have a rough texture. We sent a text to Eduardo and he and his crew came out as soon as they could and fixed it. We are very happy with the color and the new look of our house. We think we did this at the wrong time of year though! It is supposed to make the house cooler, which it does, however with the cold winter we had, maybe too cool!!!! Hopefully the summer will prove to be a much better judge on the coolness of the house. All in all, we are satisfied and will recommend to anyone thinking of having this Cool Wall exterior coating applied to their home. read more

We had Sunbelt Home solutions install impact windows in our home in South Fort Myers. We had only six windows done because we were doing our windows piece meal. We wish now we had not done that because their quality of window was so much better than what we had installed in the past. The company was right on with their estimation of time for the installation. When the work men were here, they took a lot of care trying not to walk through the house and were very careful with each room they were in. They were fast and very efficient and the windows look so nice and the caulking is great. After the windows were in Dave C was out to inspect the quality of the project and and found that everything was very well done, superb! Dave C and another Dave came and did the nail plates and cleaned the windows and that was everything that needed to be done and it is perfect. We so appreciate them. Every worker that was in our house was very thoughtful, cautious, careful and had a great sense of humor and kept right on working. We are really happy with the quality and the way the windows were put in and we like the fact that it will help also with the efficiency of our home. read more

I contracted with Sunbelt in late September to have my house coated and sealed. Within just a couple of days, the crew began work--removing the downspouts and any other obstacles to prepare the exterior for spraying. The entire job was completed in less than a week. This isn't just a paint job--this is a coating system that seals your home for improved energy efficiency, which is especially important since my home was built in 1971 and is located in Florida. After the work was completed, Sunbelt sent out a final inspector (thanks, Dave!) to review the job. If anything doesn't meet Sunbelt's quality standards, the crew comes back to fix it--no questions asked. That kind of attention to detail really gave me peace of mind. I contracted with Sunbelt Home Solutions to have my home coated with the Texcote product, which is a lifetime product so that I will NEVER HAVE TO PAINT AGAIN! First off, the area manager, Kevin, was great to deal with. He came into the home and showed us the product and priced it for our home. He answered all our questions that we had. Just as he said, the installers would arrive and James & Jason were the 2 man crew that came for my home. They couldn't have been a better crew. They took their time, and were very careful and didn't have any overspray at all. When Kevin was here neither one of us remembered the mailbox, as it matched the house, and James and Jason took care of it without hesitation. I can' say enough about Sunbelt, from the initial visit with Kevin, to the installation with James and Jason, to the follow up that Kevin did by stopping by to see that we were delighted with the final product! Since we had been considering getting our house painted in the next year or so, we agreed to a free estimate when a SunBelt rep rang our bell. As they walked the perimeter and explained their CoolWall process withTex-Coat, and after checking reviews/credentials we decided this was the company for us. They did not disappoint. Sophie was our main contact for scheduling, and was very courteous, friendly and professional. She handled everything from getting HOA approval to scheduling each step of the process thru final punch list. We were told it would take a week to complete the work, and it was done in 4 days. They started on time and finished ahead of schedule. Alfredo was a pleasure to work with and managed the actual onsite crew and application, keeping us apprised of each step thru the punch list items (which were few and minor). We are very pleased with the results and are happy to recommend SunBelt. I had updated a review that I can't remember where. I had spoken to someone from Sunbelt who assured that that they no connection to the Company whose full name I don't remember. It was West something. So I had gone back to my original 3. West whatever had contacted me immediately after I had my paint job done trying to sell me me windows which I had told the Sunbelt salesman I was interested in. So when they called again about the warranty I believed there was a connection. But no they just somehow have an awful lot of information about my transaction with Sunbelt. I am not getting in touch with you directly because I am tired. I've had enough. As I thought about I did change it to 4 because the paint has held up well. I had just come in from outside and noticed the paper wasps find interesting places to try to put their nests as they can't attach to the wall. If you're not connected to that other company you should really find out how they know so much about our transaction. read more

From start to finish, the team at Sunbelt Home Solutions demonstrated a high level of professionalism. I have no complaints. Jerson Sanchez, the painter, was outstanding. He pressure washed, primed, taped, and painted the entire house independently. He was efficient, attentive to detail, and took the time to consult with me on all aspects of the work. He also walked me around the property to ensure I was satisfied with the results. I opted for the new Texcote Cool paint and can confidently say it is effective. Typically, I experience significant heat in the afternoons when the sun hits the back of the house, making it difficult for the air conditioning to maintain a comfortable temperature. Since the painting, I have not encountered this issue. Although the price was somewhat higher than expected, the noticeable difference in indoor temperature justifies the cost. read more

Window (all) replaced, Jose and his crew did a fantastic job, completed in two day and cleaned up in each room daily. TextCote exterior house painted David and Eric did an amazing job which also included gutters, soffits and facia... painting 7 days. Brian did a great job of overseeing the projects and checking on the progress at least once every day. Victor came through next week and did the final check list and touch up where needed on inside window frames and a few on the exterior. Job was done on time and well. Color was an issue for us in the beginning and it finished exactly as we had hoped. To explain we wanted the same color that the home already had and they matched it perfectly. This was very important to my wife. The quality of the preparation and cleanliness after were exemplary.
