Love Sunbelt's customer service! The lady I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and very easy to talk to. She was able to book me a house inspection for me the following day in the morning. I had the inspection done by Robert G. on an existing property I was closing on last month and he was good! He was very friendly, knowledgable, and gave many tips and suggestions. He was happy to answer any question I had. He sent the report within a few hours. The report was very thorough, easy to read, detailed, and filled with clear photos. Another aspect of Sunbelt that is helpful is their concierge's service. They can help setup your utilities and find home insurance. Definitely recommend Sunbelt and will use them in the future! read more

Our positive feedback is that Sunbelt was able to fit us in extremely quickly which we appreciated.  The lady that answers the phone was also very kind and professional. Non-positive feedback- The inspector seemed like he was trying to talk us out of this home only for the gain of his son's potential opportunity to possibly swoop in and purchase the home if we were to back out.  Also, it seemed like he was exaggerating the termite damage only so we would call him and his business that deals with termite damage (but not in a we are here for you way but in a taking advantage of our situation type of way.) The only reason we took his card is so we do not accidentally call him when it is time to contact someone to help with the termite damage. We would not refer this company out or use this company again because of the interaction with the inspector.  Everything else about the experience and company was great. read more

I m glad we hired Sunbelt to inspect our house before our warranty expires. It's easy to make an appointment with Sunbelt, called their office and get scheduled right away and able to reschedule when something come up. Robby C came on time and work diligently and answer our questions in friendly and helpful manner. He also doesn't mind wearing KN95 mask that we provided when working inside our house. In this current SARS-COV-2 time I really appreciate his understanding. So now we know what to request to our builder to correct some minor issues. He was prompt to schedule, prompt to the appointment, and worked through the rain to make sure that the exterior of the home was properly inspected.
