I showed him what siding I needed for a repair. Told me he hadn't seen this siding in 20+ yrs. my house is half that age. This is when his customer service went from "poor" to "don't waist my time". I find out that the original company that made the siding changed the name and Mid South IS a distributor for this company. Which proves even more that during these covid times they obviously dont need the business.
