We had our kitchen cabinets painted 6 years ago by NHance when we first moved into our home. We do…read morenot have a large kitchen, and it was in the thousands of dollars at that time. Overall it was a decent job, and it saved us from having to paint them ourselves. But then after a month or so, I noticed that the base and cabinets under our kitchen sink and to the right were flaking and peeling. We also had a couple of panels that were starting to rot on the two cabinets under the sink. This was from the previous owners. I thought painting would help it from further deterioration, but it didn't. The panels were getting worse and the base and cabinets in that area were still continuing to flake. My husband got around to replacing the panels on the cabinets under the sink, so I called NHance back to see if they could repaint those cabinet doors and the base under the sink. I figured we would get some sort of discount since it wasn't done correctly the first time. Their response was that I let water sit on those cabinets and base when I did dishes of which I have never done. I'm very meticulous about wiping up any water that may get on the cabinets. But they insisted that's what I did.. So pretty much called me a liar. For those three cabinets and base to get repainted was 1000.00. They knew I was over a barrel since my husband had already replaced the panels, and they had to repaint them. They also knew we were going on vacation the following week after they came out for the estimate and stated that they couldn't get to the job until another couple of months or so. But they magically had a couple openings the following week when we were on vacation, so we couldn't be around to monitor the job or see the final job close up. I coughed up the 1000.00 to have them redo the 3 cabinets, but if I had to do this all over again, I would have just painted the cabinets myself. They do not stand behind their work.

Jennifer, who works in the store, was very responsive and helpful in getting us prices of slabs we liked. She was always easy to get on the phone, or would return a call right away. Once we picked a slab and it was time for measuring, Greg did a great job explaining everything and answering our questions. He also let us come to the warehouse to measure and pick exactly on the slab where each of our three pieces would be cut. Install was painless and the installers were very careful in the house. The same measurer, Greg, was there for install. Really liked the continuity. We used this company for a granite countertop for our basement wet bar project. We wanted to be able to see many slabs at a variety of price points to be able to pick the exact one we wanted. When we arrived at the store, the physical location was small and it seemed busy. We saw a half wall of granite options shown on small squares and didn't think this was what we were looking for ... so we turned around and started to walk out. Thank goodness, Jennifer nicely stopped us to mention they partner with many slab warehouses on the northwest side of Indianapolis. She sent us on our way with pamphlets from about 6 warehouses and told us to stop by them to look and she could price any option we saw. Exactly what we wanted! We were able to shop and see hundreds of slabs and use Classic Kitchen & Granite for fabrication and install. We almost missed out on great customer service simply because we were rushing that day and didn't think the store appeared to meet our needs on the surface. Don't let that happen to you!

Brewer did a tile job for our hall bathroom in 2022. We had the best crew. We did a brick…read morepattern on the floor and the tile lines were perfect. The grout matched perfectly and the sealant has lasted into 2025 with no issues. They also completed the project in a week. In 2024, we hired them back to fix all the issues we had with our master bathroom remodel that was done at the same time by another company. This other well-known Indianapolis company had to rip out our tile twice as they couldn't line it up, put the wrong tile in, and couldn't lay it straight. Brewer came back to reattach the corner seat that had fallen off, re-leveled the threshold as the glass door was hard to close, and redid the grout on the shower floor and all the sealant in the shower as the sealant had completely come off. Again, this shower was done in 2022 by another company and took 2 1/2 months to complete before we fired them. We couldn't have been happier with Brewer. Margie L

The showroom was very nice with complete displays. I walked through and took some pictures of vanities and countertops that I liked. Nothing had prices except a toilet that was priced at $17,962 which exceeds my budget. I did get some good ideas and if I decide to return I'll set an appointment.

The gentleman who helped us, looked at the part and went back to the stockroom to see if he could find one. And when he could not, he instead removed that same part from the floor display of one of his own water softeners. He said he would then just contact the manufacturer and get a replacement for himself later. But he made sure that we were taken care of. And the price was a whopping $3.62. In addition, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was my first time shopping at Economy Plumbing Supply today, and I am so grateful for this experience, that I'm going out of my way to make sure that I say thank you, and also give a heartfelt recommendation to them. I had the best experience on Thursday of this week. I needed a new pressure switch for my well…read morepump. There was a competitor supply store right around the corner from my house, but they were quoting twice the cost of the switch ($14.25 at central supply). So I drove 30 min to the east side (I live on the west side of Indy) because they had been friendly on the phone and it was half price compared to the other store near me. Once I arrived, I quickly found the parts counter and was somewhat unprepared to order as I was unsure what I needed. I had snapped several photos of my pressure switch/tank to help me. That's when one of the regular plumbers (who was ordering parts also) looked at my pics and totally helped me order all that I needed to do the job. While we waited for our orders to get picked from the warehouse, I continued to learn more about pressure switches from the nice plumber who had ordered my parts for me. The staff and patrons were friendly, and very helpful. I was able to also purchase the wires I needed as well as a new pressure gauge because they have both plumbing and electrical supplies. Total bill : $27.38. Competition : $32.50 for just the pressure switch. I will definitely come back for my next plumbing/electrical needs.
