The employees are knowledgeable and so friendly here. I have been many times buying goods for home repairs/improvement projects. Their employees in the Window Treatments area are helpful and patient answering questions. They even called me to confirm my large order before placing it and contacting the install company. Thus, ensuring I would not have issues later. The employee at the Doors section was so knowledgeable and talked me through my options of storm doors. I will pay a bit more here than at other home improvement stores for this type of service and dependability. Their installers are also professional, on time with their appointments, and provide quality work. I've never had an issue. You just have to be a bit patient as their installers could be backed up with appointments before they can fit you in. But I don't go in expecting a fast turnaround from order to install, so it doesn't bother me. read more

Terrible customer service. Bought blind online, the blind came broken with no hardware, remote or battery. Returned it, was given a store credit which cannot be used online. The blind is only available online. No one will assist me with purchasing the blind. They baited and switched me and now want me to spend another $150 to purchase the blind. We went here Thursday, saw the 10 trees we liked at a great price and ordered them for delivery. We received notice that they would be delivered the next day on Friday, between 8am and 8pm. At 7pm, they had not been delivered and we called to see what the status was, only to find out that our order was ready for delivery at 2pm, but had been not picked up. We were informed that we would receive our trees on Saturday between 8 AM and 8 PM. Today, Saturday, I called them at 10 AM and asked the status of the order. They informed me that our trees had not been picked up and they did not know when they would be picked up as they are using Instacart for the delivery system, and our trees would be coming from the Castleton Lowe's store, which we are not fans of. The part that really upsets me the most is, if I hadn't called them, we wouldn't have had any idea if and when our trees would be delivered. Crappy way to run a business. We abruptly canceled our order and will think twice before we purchase anything from this Noblesville again. read more

This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. We ordered 4x12 dry wall to be delivered to our house. What arrives? 4x8. We schedule a new delivery time for them to correct their mistake. Three days later they show up and guess what? They deliver 4x8's again. WHAT IS GOING ON. Spoke with a manager over the phone to figure it out. No answers were given. She just asked when they can re-deliver it... I cancelled the order and asked for my money back. Moral of the story - go to Home Depot or somewhere else. Stay away from Lowe's and definitely stay away from this location. read more

At first I was really excited about finishing our laundry room and Lowe's prices were great and quality of cabinets were good. Appreciated all Larry's knowledge and assistance! Once installation started, it went downhill. Installers were prompt in getting here. Installation was quick. During installation I noticed one of the tall cabinet doors was not flush with the cabinet. Pointed it out and they thought wood was warped, so ordered another one. They completed the job, cleaned up but they just left without saying anything. Both of us work remotely and all morning we could hear most everything, but it fell silent and we went out to check and they just left! On top of that, there's a wrong handle left on the top of the cabinet. We reached out to the person who was responsible for these guys and filled him in. A few weeks later another cabinet door arrived. Haven't heard from the installers since, but we wanted this done, so husband installed the door. Same thing! It does not sit flush with cabinet. Looking at it more closely, it was because of the hinge installed wonky. Installers couldn't figure that out? We are still waiting for the final handle and after another delay of a couple weeks, it's on back order. Very frustrating! They do contract their installers and obviously Lowe's is not responsible for the manufacturing of the cabinets, but Lowe's needs to be aware that their contractors ruined our experience. read more

This is one of the only Lowe's in Hamilton County that consistently has the products that I want in stock when I need them. So even though it's a little bit of a trek for me to go so far north, I don't mind because they usually have what I need. On my last visit, I placed an order online for in-store pickup, and I got a notification 5 minutes later that my item was ready to be picked up. Sweet! Then, when I went to pick up my item (a faucet) at the store, I just walked right up to customer service, showed them my email, and I was out of the store less than two minutes later. So easy. The person that I interacted with the last time I was there was super friendly, too, which was a bonus. If you're in a hurry, I highly recommend buying your item online and choosing in-store pickup, especially if you're picking up at this store. They have that system down to a science, and you'll be in and out quickly like I was. read more

I don't even know where to start. Building a 20x16 deck this summer. I was going to use Carter Lumber for supplies but I could not get everything from them and Lowe's had this cool deck designer tool that I could do the design and it would spit me out a parts list. I "thought" this was the way to go. Well, everything went wrong from there. First, it didn't spit out all the parts. So, I took my design and what it did give me to the pro counter. They told me (after signing me up for pro) that they would take my design and get the parts list. The screwed that up three or four times but because I asked lot's of questions we finally got that right. Placed the order. Delay, delay delay. Finally, shipped but didn't have everything. Waited some more. They canceled the order and ordered again. Delayed again. Fast forward about two months. I finally have most of the deck built and was starting on the railing. OMG! What a mess. They send me too much of some things (Trex decking and railing) and two little of others. For instance, they send I needed two 8' sections of railing which should include the top rail, bottom rail, the infills that hold the balusters and the balusters. I got two bottom rails, one top rail and one set of infils (and the balusters). WTF Now I have to go BACK to the "pro" department and get this fixed. I expect my deck to be finished by the end of the summer. Here is my message to Lowes. I am getting ready to remodel my master bath. I have not priced it out yet but I would guess between 10 and 15 thousand for the supplies. Guess who is not going to get one penny of that money and may NEVER get another penny from me. As I pulled into the parking lot of Lowe's, there were plenty of parking with parking for people with disabilities. As I entered the store, the isles were generously spaced apart. The store is extremely large, there were signs over every isle listing the productin the isle. A Lowe's representative assisted me finding what I was looking for. Check out was fast and easy. Customer Service ... 5 Stars! We ordered a grill online- free shipping! Yay! Tracking was spot on! The delivery driver called to say he was 10-15 min out. And he was. He wheeled the grill into our garage and we gave him a nice tip. But the saga continues... and gets even better! When we opened the box it was clear it was repackaged... styrofoam was broken up, boxes retaped, scratches and dents on grill... we called Lowe's Customer Service and the woman took our info and said someone would call us back within 24 hours. Yea, right... we thought!! Sure enough, they called us the next morning, well within the 24 hours, on a Sunday no less. She asked which day was good for us for another delivery. She followed up with: we didn't need to repack anything, the driver would take care of it! Two days later, another phone call - 20 min out - so appreciated! My son and I were looking for legs for a dresser he was redoing. We found 3 of the 4 legs, and asked for help because there was a lot of overstock on a high shelf. The gentleman who helped us, Tony, was extremely friendly and helpful! He got the lift and looked through the boxes until he found what we were looking for. He made our day! Went to this store to buy a 6 ft 4x4. About $10. The service desk sent me to Asile 51, all the way in the back of the store. It was not there. Walked around and checked other aisles. Couldn't find it. Went back to the service desk. They called someone. He finally found it, hidden on a bottom shelf, 2 aisles over. I needed it cut into four 17.5 inch sections. I was told that Lowes did not allow 4x4s to be be cut. I left and went to Home Depot. Tori at Home Depot expertly cut a 4x4 for me. I went to Lowe's in Noblesville to find a tie out post and chain for my dog. I was assisted by a guy named Ed, who was not only helpful, but also polite and informative. He told me where the things I needed were, he asked me questions to help me choose the equipment: How big is your dog? How much does he weigh? He helped me decide the weight of the chain, clips, and tie/screw down post options. I don't think I've ever had a more helpful and pleasant sales person. However many stars you give.. Used to be veteran friendly . Had to use a DD214 to start Then they went to the veteran symbol on the state ID Then they went to had to have a retired, active or VA ID. I have conformed to all of these. Well now you must go to the service desk and show them your ID and get a Lowe's Card so they can plug it in system. Then you carrying around another ID card on your key chain and that gets you the 10% off as a veteran. Found this out yesterday while checking out. So I left purchase with checkout person and said I did not want it. Went to Home Depot and bought same stuff and got veteran discount with showing my VA ID and my cost was actually lower than Lowe's for same products. Thanks again Home Depot! Horrible customer service!!!!! Ordered a clothes dryer to be delivered. Day of delivery the delivery team dropped it off and never checked to see if would run okay which it didn't. They left before we had a chance to turn it on so we found out it was defective and shook so bad it couldn't be used. Called delivery and they said by policy they would call us back within 24 hours to discuss rescheduling the replacement???? Not sure why at 11:00 am on a Thursday they couldn't reschedule a new one for Friday but they have some crazy policy saying they can't. The next day no call so at 2:00pm I called the number again... put on hold for 30 minutes before being disconnected. Called the store (Lowe's in Noblesville In) and they sent delivery an email and transferred my call to delivery where my call became disconnected. Decided to go discuss the issue in person and was told by an assistant manager that by POLICY he has done all he can do. I asked to talk to the Store Manager at Lowe's in Noblesville and was told at 2:00pm on a Friday he was not available and the best I can do is talk to an assistant manager who has already told me he could not help me. I called the company complaint number and talked to a very nice woman who suggested she call delivery for me and when they answered she would bring me into the call.... 20 minutes later she came back on and stated she got disconnected and wanted to know if I wanted her to try again. I asked if there was a way to have a district manager or regional manager call me... but POLICY they don't have that information to give out????? Bottom line they have my money and we still don't have a dryer. Shame on you Noblesville Lowe's for horrible customer service. My POLICY will be to tell my story to everyone I can. read more

We had a horrible experience at this Lowe's today. My husband found a rechargeable battery operated drill on line for a great clearance price. After a lengthy process involving a 3 way call with customer service, with "Cameron" from this Lowe's Noblesville location and my husband; the clearance priced drill was promised to be held at the customer service counter. We drove 30 minutes to Lowe's solely to buy the drill only to find out it was not the exact same drill. The customer service rep was unwilling to do anything more than call the manager, he "Chris H" came over and said he wanted to take a look personally in the tool section to try to locate the exact drill. After about 20 minutes we went to the tool area to find him and after discussions with him at length the best he would offer was a price of $57 - instead of $37 - for an inferior drill package (containing only 1 rechargeable battery instead of 2). We didn't buy it. My husband will attempt to call Lowe's customer service tomorrow but we do not plan to return to the Noblesville Lowe's location again. read more

I bought a refrigerator earlier this month and it arrived damaged albeit it worked. The delivery folks noted the damage and took pictures saying Lowe's would either replace the door or replace the unit. I tried calling Lowe's over 15 times the first day and the appliance folks never would pick up. I went into the store and after waiting 45 minutes to be acknowledged I was blown off by the floor person. He saw an anomaly on the packing slip that said it came from the central Indy Lowe's even though I gave him the information to look it up. He walked away and wouldn't help. He was rude. I called the central Lowe's when I got home, the shipping coordinator was helpful and found that I had indeed bought this at Noblesville. She sent off an email and said somebody should get back to me within the next couple days. Nobody ever contacted me. I have tried and tried to reach somebody but they never answer. I would be hesitant to ever purchase from Lowe's again. Grand appliance is much more customer friendly. Think long and hard if you buy from them. I would appreciate the general manager of Noblesville or a district manager to acknowledge this and give me a way to contact them. read more

The worst company I have ever bought from GO SOMEWHERE ELSE even better then this , their employs and mangers dont communicate with each other about huge issue at all. I'm still trying to resolve the issue it's been week. I lost 6000 dollars just from their mistakes and false information. When it cost me 4,000 just what I bought from them and on top 2 boxes came broken so far . And on top the delay which cost me so much money. Stores include: Walmart, Menards, Home Depot, and Lowes. It was my pleasure to stop into Lowes this weekend and met Cameron in lawn and garden. He was patient, extremely informative, knowledgeable and super kind! Not only did he answer all of my questions but he assisted us in our selections and accompanied us to all of our areas of interest. Why isn't this kid a manager or better yet a team lead to train other associates!? However, I must say several other associates were extremely kind, offered smiles and assistance. While I love shopping at this Lowe's store, a recent home renovation project has me rethinking this. We were so excited to learn that Lowe's offers a design team to help with project planning. Unfortunately, their services were less than stellar. After our first in-store meeting, the designer and the contractor were going to come to the home to bring our selections into the space (trying to decide on flooring in the store is tricky), take some measurements and give us some suggestions about an issue related to our overall project. Not only did the designer forget to bring the supplies to the in-home meeting as promised, the contractor came to the meeting unprepared and we had to reschedule with him for the following week. After that meeting, we were informed that we would receive a quote either today or tomorrow. Well, over a week later (and three emails prompting the designer), we finally received a rough estimate on products and labor. BUYER BEWARE! If you plan to have Lowe's install product or subcontract labor jobs, I encourage you to get other quotes from reputable contractors. I'm so glad that we did, because our project labor costs through Lowe's was 100% higher than the contractor we decided to hire. ONE. HUNDRED. PERCENT. This was not because we hired some lame contractor either, we actually had three other quotes, all comparable to the one we chose and all at well over less than half of the cost of Lowe's. I ordered materials on 5/15 and was told they would be in in a few days and we would receive a call. Since I didn't receive a call, I tried to call today (5/31) to check on the status of my order. It took me three phone calls, 30 minutes, being placed on hold 7 times and transferred and dropped four times to get someone to actually check my order. When they did, they said "Oh yeah, it's been here and it's ready to pick up." Grrrr! Bottom line... while I love the materials and products available at Lowe's, this design and ordering process has been such a cluster of disorganization, and their lack of follow through has been less than professional, that I would not recommend others to go through Lowe's for design and/or labor. :( read more

I recently opened the paper packaging that my Lowes gift card was in and was told by phone it had already been spent 600 miles in SC. I have since been on the phone for hours being bounced around between 4 different departments that would all "be able to help me". What a joke. Lowes clearly has a vulnerability in there system because I have the card with the pin and I have NEVER been able to use a GC without the pin present at purchase. Actually had 1 person tell me to file a Police report. Where exactly, they dont know. The theft took place in SC but I live in the midwest. And on top of that its a property crime which law enforcement literally cares NOTHING about. My guess is Lowes is aware this is a issue and they know if they make this process so complicated most people will just say screw it, cut their loss and give up. Lowes already got their money so why do they need to help me? But, the one thing Lowes has not figured out is a pissed off customer, like me, finds every reason to go to HD or Menards. I will not go back to Lowes. Screw me once, its Lowes fault, screw me twice, its MY fault! read more

I ordered a grill from Lowe's for home delivery. When the delivery truck got here the drivers warned me Lowe's had sent a grill with a pretty significant dent in the side and that I had an option to either except the delivery and call Lowe's for a discount or to refuse the delivery. I refused to accept the order because I had paid full price for and was expecting a brand new grill. I understand accidents happen, but these damaged productdamage products should be sold at a discount for damage and Lowe's should be transparent about what has happened to the product. I can't even image loading damaged product on a truck and passing it off as new. I was told it would be at least a day until we could even reschedule the delivery. Finale: WHAT A DISASTER. The original installers did an absolute horrible job. We found a couple of things that we weren't happy about so we asked someone to come out and take a look. He said that some of the work was "unacceptable" and when we had different installers come out to fix the mistakes they were appalled at the work. They continuously showed us all of the different things that were wrong. They couldn't believe what they were seeing. They even FaceTimed someone else to show them the terrible work. What scares me is that they only saw the main portions of my house. I am disappointed to know that I will probably have issues with my carpet due to poor installation and Lowe's obviously doesn't c. I appreciate that they sent someone out to fix the issues, but now I am living with a fix on what was originally shotty work. This is absolutely not what I paid for! read more

Finally came in and we had a delivery date. OK, it is 8 months since Indiana Covid. We are sympathetic to manufacturing problems. What was over the top was the day it was to be delivered, and was to be delivered assembled, they called and said they noticed it was to be assembled so will have to reschedule. Ok..... today is one week later and we were given a 10:00-2:00 window for delivery. I stayed home from work to be here. It is 4:00 and they still have not arrived. We went to lowe's for bricks for our front flowerbed. Im in my mid 60s and my husband is in his 70s. I asked an employee where the bricks were and they pointed in a general direction and said, "theyre over there somewhere." They didnt even offer to help with putting them in out cart or anything. My husband has a bad back and we wouldve greatly appreciated some help. Then we were at the cash register, this bigger woman and her husband came the the register abd the woman started introducing her husband to our cashier as we were checking out. Very rude to not wait until we were checked out. Then several employees who were standing around talking to each other, didnt offer to help us put the bricks in the back of our car and my husband obviously struggling. All in all we will never come back to lowe unless we absolutely have to, and we would rather go to home depot before ever going to lowes again. read more
