Arrived 4/25 with a rental vehicle to do so but the elevator was out of order and apparently had been for a few days. To avoid paying the next month's rent, we had to vacate the unit by EOD 4/30. When we called to check the status of the elevator that day, we were told it was still out of order. Our unit is located on the 3rd floor of a notably large building...at least 500-600 units. There is ONE elevator for the entire building and TWO stairwells on the far end of each side. Only one stairwell is accessible from the outside. Needless to say, moving the items out of the unit without an elevator would've required assistance of at least two other able-bodied people, which was not possible. Although we contacted management, sure enough, we were charged for the entire amount as of May 2. A classic example of a business causing their customer to suffer from what is their--and only their--mistake.

I've had a few last minute reservations, that, without their help, would have resulted in a less than satisfactory event. They always, always come through, and top if off with excellent customer service. I've always been happy with my rented R&R generators.

We've been given ample time to return and refunds when extra parts that were provided (like jackhammer tips) were not used. I have also purchased tools here (a chainsaw, for instance) and received a great price on the tools and after-purchase assistance. Never had a bad experience here, love the local feel.

Hard to be always attentive with that kind of stress. With my latest tractor purchase I was mightily impressed with the staff going thru hoops for me to have the best service! The two guys that do deliveries of the equipment are so attentive and helping in all kinds of ways for a smooth, optimal experience. Zack made sure my own implements were made compatible with the new quick hitch. That was a HUGE help to me and he was under no obligation to do so. Once I paid, I let the gentleman know I had not been here before and he explained me what color line to follow and then I would back up and trash my dresser. We followed the red color line as instructed and the wait time was minimal. The area to drop off the trash was being "cleaned" on my ur arrival as they had machines compacting the trash. There are no marked areas to back up and it's all self guided. But backing in was fairly easy.

Each time I needed a new unit I was able to get in contact with the manager Rick by phone or email and he was prompt, courteous, accommodating and efficient. When I say that he takes care of his customers! There is not enough stars to give him. I believe as I grew my small business he (Rick) saw the need for the demand and eventually helped me transfer into a 10x30 unit. I can go to this location at any time that it is open (until 10p) and always feel safe and secure. The ground are well kept and clean. I've never had any safety concerns while there and you get a sense of who's who. If there are any concerns Rick is always available to check in with and he will address.
