I will say, the driver window started to peel just a tiny bit, but they assured me to bring back if something like that happens and they'll fix it for me free of charge. Took my car here to get my front to windows retinted because I recently received a citation for having too dark of a tint (16%). GA state law regulation is 32%. I called to make an appointment and they were friendly over the phone. I was able to get an appointment the very next day. There was only one person ahead of us so the wait wasn't too long. I would say the wait time was average. The staff was friendly and put on the tv for my toddler. They have a keurig machine for coffee/tea and a mini fridge with water in the lobby. It's summer and they have AC! They stripped the tint off quickly in the parking lot then took my car to the back where their garage is to apply the new tint. They charge $75 for the tint and $30 to strip any tint. No military discount offered here. If you need window work done, I'd give this place a try! Solid and fast work! read more

Sunbusters tinted my windows a few months back and they done a very poor job, because they had a crowd of people in the work area. When I took my Car back for the warranty they gave me a hard time and act like they didn't want to honor the warranty without my ticket. This is the second mess up my other car tint faded when it was supposed to be 5 percent, it started that way now the tint look like lighter than factory tint. My tints had bubbles in them that would not clear, so my whole car has to be redone. Additionally, my back windows stopped working, so when I took them into the dealership, the dealership charged me $250.00 for "after market work." They said, "when you got the tints done, the people did not re-install your window seals." My hubby called the dealership and reported to problem. At first, my hubby tried to reach the owners to discuss the problem, but the owners refused to pay for the damage. My husband has tried to get in touch with them on various occasions, but they are always busy, or they always seem to come down with the "flu." Finally, they agreed to pay for only half of the damage. They couldn't even refund me the money and asked me to wait over two weeks! I still have not received the money. I took my car in again yesterday to get the bubbles out because they had to order the tint. I dropped the car off in the afternoon. They finally called at 7:30 pm and said they couldn't get the work done so they would need to keep it overnight, or for me to drop it off the next day. Well, they called this morning asking if they could have the day off, so the owner can spend time with his family and asked me to pick up my car sometime on Monday. Well, what about my family? What about going to work? What about not having a car for two days? When does tinting ever take two days??? It is 4:00 pm and I have still not heard from them. I am going to head over there now with my husband and hope someone is there. This is by far the WORST business ever with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had my car tinted. Job was promised to be done in the same day. Had an appointment. I had to leave my car overnight, I wasn't happy because I had to rent a car to get home from work. Then the next day I received a call saying my car was at lunch time. Once I got there I paid my bill. Once I got into my car the windshield sun strip wasnt done. I was patient because they said it will be 20 to complete the install. After waiting over an hour my car was finished. Now today on Monday I was notified by my bank they charged my visa 5.25 additional charges that wasnt agreed between me and the owner of the tint shop. As of now I wouldn't send my enemies to them for nothing. This fraud and im NOT HAPPY!!!!!! read more

I recently brought my car in to get a darker tint​ on my ​​doors for a little more privacy. I got an appointment the same day, which was great! They are very friendly and work pretty quickly but the results left alot to be desired. I originally had 30% but the tint I left with was lighter than factory tint and my passenger window (that hasn't been rolled down since before I dropped it off) is full of bubbles!!! ​​​​ read more

The rep was extremely helpful. He went to great lengths to ensure we understood the differences in shades of tint as well as the other films available. The rep even allowed us to look inside of his personal vehicle so we had a better understanding of the tint shade we chose. I would recommend Sunbusters to anyone who asks me about window tinting. Go with the ceramic film. It costs a bit more but you get a lifetime warranty and it cuts the heat inside the vehicle drastically. read more

We just had our 2nd car (lexus SC 430 and GX 460) get a clear bra put on the entire front bumper and partial front hood. They work fabulously to protect against rocks, bug bugs...etc... We have also used them for the heat resistant Tint for the front windows last year and they are perfect. I also had my Suzuki forenza tinted in 2013 and never a bubble or anything. I've gotten 2 vehicles done here. There pricing is absolutely ridiculous. The first tint job I got, someone smoked a cigarette in my Jeep. I was pissed, talked to the owner and he said that it wasn't any of his workers. I got my mustang done a few months later to give them a second chance. They quoted me for my mustang over the phone and after I got it done they tried to add $100 to the bill. After arguing they took the $100 back off. My third vehicle I took to trapp and will never go back to Sunbusters. read more

Made an appointment several days in advance. Arrived at my scheduled time, the lady said she would do my paper work shortly. 10 minutes before my scheduled time the lady left and returned 20 minutes later. Approximately 45 minutes after my scheduled time I asked what the hold up was, the lady said they were running behind and that it would be another hour plus an hour to do the job. At that point I left. She could have told me that when I first arrived, I could have left and came back. Instead I got upset and she lost my business. read more

Owner is very friendly and helpful. Also very knowledgeable on the products and helping to find the right product to fit my budget. Prices were reasonable considering the quality of product, the lifetime nationwide warranty, and the quality installation. Looks like it came out of the factory but stays way cooler inside - on the way home I even had to turn up the A/C because it was getting too cold despite another 95 degree day in Georgia.
