I used the Mystic Tan booth here yesterday. I have used Mystic beds a total of two other times at two other locations and this experience and result was by far the worst. This salon has been exactly what I have been looking for... I hike a lot outside and don't tan very often indoors and I just wanted something that would allow me to even out my tan without spending a whole lot of money or signing a contract for a whole lot of tanning. This place is a joke. Came in today 7.3.15 and the lady that helped me was very rude and inconsiderate. They made me watch a stupid video and I asked a question to this girl during the video and she's like watch the video.... after my mystic tan was complete it was so sloppy and runny you had to wipe off the extra. Let me start off by saying I have been to numerous tanning salons in the last couple years, and by far one of the best experiences I have had is with Sunchain Tanning. It is comfortable. It is a place where you can walk in after they gym in your sweats and not have to worry about how you look. They girls there are immaculate. When you walk through the door they are imidetly up and getting your lotion for you. After tanning there two time, TWO times, the regular girls knew my name, the lotion I use, the stick I use, and if i needed a cold towel. I have never walked through the door and gotten anything but a smile. I also work two jobs and sometimes I am running behind. More than once I have missed the cut off for being able to tan, but the girls still let me do it. The advice the employees give is amazing. They helped me get the tan i wanted without getting burned. They fit me with the right lotions and extenders. I didn't feel like i was ever being forced into purchasing lotion-like other salons do. I actually felt like they were fitting me with the correct lotion I use. Overall, my experience with Sunchain has been a 5-star experience. There will never be another tanning salon that gets my business. read more

I chose this place because it's close to home and my 2 other alternatives are awful. 1 is crazy expensive, the other is dirty. From day 1 I have had nothing but pleasant experiences. I went there for a couple years the salon is clean, the staff was very friendly I liked going there to talk to the girls. 24 a month for tanning is cheap as you can get...the bulbs aren't horrible I never could lay for 20 mins way to boring and got to hot for my liking. read more

I have been going to Sunchain for several years and this place is my favorite! They have the good beds for the reasonable prices. The girls that work here are sweet and always helpful with choosing the best lotions for my needs. I just got an airbrush tan here for the first time last week and I LOVE it! I felt very comfortable with Chelsea and I am not orange, streaky, or smelly. The bronzer is not too sticky or dark, and only needs to be left on for 4-6 hours. read more

I visited this location for the first time yesterday. It's been years since I've used an indoor tanning salon. The young lady that was working was extremely friendly, she explained the differences in their bed options as well as the benefits of the lotion options. I used the level 3 bed for 12 minutes.. I just moved from OH to AZ and never thought I would need a tanning bed again. Boy was I wrong. I was reviewing tanning places online and thought I would give Sunchain a try since the reviews were wonderful. And they weren't wrong. They are currently running a special if you are a new client- 10 consecutive tans for $10 :) Nikki assisted me with not only a warm greeting but with an array of knowledge. Having worked in a tanning salon years ago, I was very impressed on her knowledge regarding the beds, skincare, and lotions. Now I will be honest, the beds were not as NEW as I am used to HOWEVER, they are maintained and clean regularly. I usually come after the gym or work so it was nice that they offer a refresher basket in each room that offer products you can use before and after your tan. So if you are looking for some color or just need some vitamin D in your life I definitely recommend Sunchain. read more

The staff was nice but beware of cleanliness in the beds. I used to work at a tanning salon in MN and I was in charge of cleaning the beds. It takes a minimum of 30 seconds to a couple minutes depending on the solution for the disinfectant to clean the bed. I came in at a bit of a busy time but that doesn't mean I shouldn't get a clean bed. The front desk girl only sprayed the bottom glass of the bed and wiped it off immediately, so I know it wasn't really clean. You can also tell a bed hasn't been cleaned well when you can see smudges on the top glass as you pull down the shell. I saw many smudges from sweat and lotion that had probably been there after a few uses. I personally won't be returning and I just thought those who see this companies overall high review is because they give away free tans for proven Yelp reviews by customers. read more

They offer a variety of tanning levels including spray at a decent price. I like that they offer a cool towel, and have extras in all the rooms like body spray, towels, etc. one thing I will say is I have tanned in a bed that didn't seem very clean... There were smudges on the inside top of the bed, I let the employee know and she apologized and said she would double check of them to make sure they weren't anymore beds like this.
