    I've dealt with this place for over 10 years now. In 2014 I leased a 200, when I turned it in they had two lower priced SUV's on the lot, my wife and I sported those for a few good years. Then I traded in my Grand Cherokee at a Chevy dealership and bought a brand new Colorado. Let me tell you, service and warranty issues over there were a nightmare. I won't go into details but Suncoast just happened to have the most beautiful RAM within my budget and I had to go see it. These guys treated me like I never left. Ian worked out a deal for me, Keith hooked up financing, and I even ran into some old familiar faces. Busting chops with these guys was a riot, not your typical dealership that feels like someone put a dentist office in the DMV. Back in the day with that lease, my only critique was that service took a while (oil change/detailing), but right now they're completely revamping the maintenance department, adding tons of new mechanic bays, I can't wait to see what they do with the place. Definitely come check them out if you're in the market for a Jeep or a RAM!

    I have used Suncoast three times in the last 15 years, the last time being last Saturday 10/29/22 and it continues to be my dealer of choice for their automotive line-up! They are a family owned and run operation that seems to pay attention to what matters to the customers and their staff go above and beyond to get the job done. This last purchase my previous sales representative Amy Walker (she was great our 2nd last purchase) wasn't in so we were pleasantly greeted with Devin Wilder's welcoming offer for assistance as we walked in the front doors. Devin, an associate with about 5 years of tenure from my recollection was great in product knowledge while maintaining a very positive "can-do" attitude throughout the purchase process in a comfortable and low-key manner that was simply enjoyable and stress free. Other administrative support staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant throughout the entire transaction. We had originally stopped to see a specific CPO used vehicle which had unfortunately for us just been sold and he offered us other options on a similar new and in-stock vehicle to which we happily agreed! The whole process from start to finish was as good as it gets in my opinion and we will be sure to visit Suncoast for our next vehicle sometime in the future. Once I turned off the A/C and radio everything settled down and started working properly. My 2,000,000+ commercial miles of driving experience told me that I had a bad battery, alternator, or nasty electrical problem; possibly all three. I went to Autozone and Andrew tested my battery. The results came back; BAD BATTERY replace at once. The only battery Andrew had in stock that would match my car was the top of the line $300 battery. Did he try to convince me to buy it? NO! He looked on his computer and told me that the $199 battery for my car was in stock at another AutoZone near by. He even called over there and told them to expect me and gave them the make, model, and year of my car to save time. This is service! The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is that I had to drive to another location to purchase a new battery. Not too long ago this battery would have cost $150, but I guess everything to do with car parts is going up in price during these trying times. Free testing and installation means AutoZone gets 4 stars, but Andrew gets 5!

    Don't bring your car here! I had front end work done on my car and needed a front-end alignment…read more The car was pulling ever so lightly to the left. I dropped it off at Pep Boys in Pinellas Park and left. They said it would take about an hour and after about an hour I called them. They said my car was ready. I picked up my car and as I was driving home, I noticed that there was a loud noise and the care was pulling hard right. I had my husband drive it when I got home and he told me to take it back. After a second attempt (which I don't think they did) the car was still noisy and pulling hard right. When I complained about it they said that the front-end parts were put on wrong. When we got the car home for the second time my husband put it on stands and looked at it. The work was perfect He found that the loud noise was coming from the tires. They took my tires off but failed to tighten the lug nuts. We tightened those and the noise disappeared. Then we took the car to Tire Kingdom. We didn't tell them about our experience at Pep Boys; just asked for the alignment and take a look underneath to make sure everything was good. I got a call from them about two hours later. The was ready and tracking straight. The tech form Tire Kingdom compliment the front-end work say it was beautiful. I have since disputed the charges with corporate. They said that they received the rebuttal form the shop who stated the front-end was assembled wrong. Liars! Do Not Bring Your Car Here.
