Definitely not a friendly service! After a day of skiing I walked with my kids in Sundae ice cream shop in Edwards CO just to be kicked out of the shop for my kids still wearing ski boots. Good luck with your rude staff and your midiocre overpriced ice cream! ...maybe the rude staff in this location is just an exception and the rest of Sundae ice cream chain shops owned by Loaded Joe's Kent Beidel are great? read more

What's better on a warm summer's day than ice cream? Ice cream from Sundae! We stopped by a couple times recently, and enjoyed both trips. I first ordered the cookie sundae. It was very good. I'd probably order it light on the hot fudge, which melted the various flavors together. The second time, I went with their sweet cream and added sea salt. It was great. The sweet cream is unsurprisingly super creamy, and the little bit of salt took it over the top. read more

One visit was enough, the service was indifferent. More than half the flavors were not in stock at 2:00pm. My birthday cake ice cream lacked flavor beyond that of sugar. My husband had a nut based flavor that had 2 small pieces of nut and very mild flavor. We only purchased the cones because the sole employee whose lunch we interrupted did not know how to ring up our cake. After when finished our cones, picked up something from a neighbor business and made a phone call the employee learned how to ring up the cake. Prior to this we offered the cashier cash plus $10.00 for the cake so we could pay and leave while she figured it out. She said she couldn't do that. After all that the cake was made with more filler than ice cream. Again the ice cream was basically sugary but otherwise flavorless. Since I have tried twice to reach the business by phone to try to order again. I believe in second chances. Both times I was asked to hold after requesting to order then disconnected. The service is friendly but it is not enough to offset the product and lack of training. read more

I can't believe this place doesn't have more reviews?! Ok, picture Cold Stone Creamery, but not a chain and therefore, much better. This is some homemade, calorie packing, real ingredients, old school, straight up creamy deliciousness. Flavors galore - salted cookies n cream, cheesecake, birthday cake, blueberry, raspberry, caramel, peanut butter chocolate, sweet cream, etc. You can get a cup, a cone, a pint, a cookie sandwich (homemade cookies) or a to-go container. Tons of mix ins too - all mashed up on the marble slab. Nom nom nom. This is not for the fro-yo faint of heart. This is some real ice cream ish. The good kind. The type of ice cream you used to get back in the mom and pop shop days. Burn some cals shredding the gnar (or the pow pow, or whatever) and then do yourself a solid and treat yoself! to some of this ooey gooey goodness. You're welcome. Bruh. read more

Great ice cream, this is coming from an ice cream snob too I will admit. I don't usually upgrade for the waffle cone but I'm glad I did. It was thick, homemade and delicious when it was dipped in chocolate. The cinnamon was awesome, tasted like Cinnamon Toast Crunch. The rocky rage was also a great take on a classic. read more

The Samoan was one of the best ice creams we've tasted! The ice cream is over-rated and over-priced. While we did enjoy the birthday cake ice cream, most of the other flavors were not strong. You can't get samples (due to COVID), so it's not fun picking out a flavor. Skip the blueberry, cheesecake, salted cookies & cream, and butter pecan. I was surprised at the lack of flavor with the butter pecan. If we come back, we will just get a to-go container of the birthday cake. By the way, if you buy an ice cream cake, the "cake" at the bottom is merely a crumb layer. read more

We came twice in a week. Ice cream was fantastic. We got the traditional sundae. Chocolate vanilla and strawberry with chocolate fudge whipped cream and sprinkles. Our family of 4 could not finish it. If you're near Edwards come here! Pro tip: two scoops for price of one on Tuesday. Pro tip 2: there is one in Vail at the covered bridge. read more

Always one of my favorites in town, but now under new management it's better than ever! Don't miss Sundae, yum!! There are tables inside & out, as well a nice little area to stroll while enjoying your tasty treat. Parking is SUPER easy- also the perfect spot to grab something quick before you hit the nail shop a couple doors down the way. This is a Local's favorite! read more

I saw the reviews so we ran over to get the salted cookies and cream . They do make it in house so maybe the batch I was served was just extra salty . The ice cream is very soft . Did not have a lot of cookies . And was very salty not a hint of salt . It was also not cheap . We spent 30 bucks in ice cream and was very underwhelmed. We stopped by here last weekend on our way home, during a long car trip. We didn't have to wait very long to be service, which was nice. They helped my kids and I and were friendly. The scoops they gave us were rather small for the price we paid for them, but the ice cream was good. We'll probably stop by if we go through the area again. read more
