Lovely dinner with friends. World class dining in BC. We tried the rack of lamb, Dover sole, and Roasted elk. Everything was impeccably presented and delicious. Worth taking the time to get a reservation

I need to remember the Mirabelle more often when we come up to Vail. It's such a nice experience with welcoming service and delicious flavors. We came on a snowy night and parked right by the barn next to the farmhouse. It was a Monday night so we were the first to be seated. I appreciated how they seated everyone so we all had a little privacy. Our server checked on us often, sometimes just subtly walking past. I appreciated he didn't always interrupt us. The food was amazing. It was filling and flavorful and healthy. We left very satisfied and would love to come back again.

We purchased a gift card for this restaurant at the Denver Beaujolais Charity event and finally made a weekend out of it. I made a reservation on their website which required a credit card to prevent no shows. When we arrived the restaurant is very different from most, tucked away out of site and very European looking. The house is very French, cozy and inviting. We really wanted to enjoy their back deck but unexpected rain ruined it. The staff is very professional and know every ingredient in their delicious dishes. We indulged in their summer menu, which was accurately posted on their website. We had enjoyed the following: - Watermelon & Cantaloupe, Compressed Mint Infused Cucumber Salad - Beef Carpaccio - Roasted Elk Tenderloin - Roasted Free-Range Chicken - Belgium Frites - Let that ManGo Bellini - Pineapple Mojito Everything we had was delicious, made fresh, had photogenic presentation and was cooked to perfection. My chicken was super juicy and I loved the fact that it included caramelized cippolini onions, my favorite dish by far. I would definitely dine here again for a special occasion or a romantic dinner date.

We rate this dining experience @mirabelleatbeavercreek among our best. Run and owned by Belgian Chef Daniel Joly . It is on its 42 years! It's like even Mother Nature agreed and blessed us with rain. It rained hard for about an hour this. Saturday. We missed dining al fresco because of that but that'll give us another reason to go back for more! The rain made the little creek in the back of the cottage gurgle with running water. The little water fall was the cutest! Summer in the mountains is the sweetest! This French-Belgian seasonal cuisine spot is amazing! Featured: Let that ManGo Mionetto Avante Garde®Prosecco - Beefeater®Gin - mango puree - lemon juice - in a champagne flute Pineapple Mojito Bacardi® Rum - mint - lime juice - pineapple puree - splash soda Watermelon & Cantaloupe, Compressed Mint Infused Cucumber prosciutto ham chips - watercress salad - sunflower seed vinaigrette - sesame tossed Beef Carpaccio spicy avocado mousse crostini - quail eggs - greenhouse micro salad Roasted Free-Range Chicken honey roasted sage carrots & cippolini onions casserole Roasted Elk Tenderloin wild mushrooms gnocchi - corn cream - red wine Anjou pear - black truffle reduction

Great location, accessible from either side of the gates. Ambiance, legit, good vibe. However, I expected the food to be better. The wine was really on point and so was the service. But, my food was mediocre. I had the Local Snowden Ranch Beef Tenderloin was way overcooked. I asked for medium rare, it was well done. The waiter was awesome and took it back upon sight. My second one was at best medium. We had a good time though.

One of our top dining experiences while being in Avon, very cozy homey vibe. Every dish we had was a 5/5 and the wine was exceptional. Service was top notch and made our Christmas Eve special. Finished the night with an amazing crème brûlée. A must if you are in this area!

The food was incredible! I loved the yuzu pistachio tart, the combination of flavors was incredible, and was gorgeous to look at. Ambiance was very cozy.

Highlights: * Mirabelle is one of the best dining options in Beaver Creek * Belgian/French influenced, clean, fresh, attractive farm to table * Quality Meats, Fish and Produce artistically presented * Talented and experienced Chef/Owner in an attractive farmhouse setting If you're into giant American style portions of food, this is not your place. If quality over quantity with an appreciation for fine European style cuisine floats your boat, then come to Mirabelle. Master Chef Daniel Joly who trained in Michelin starred restraints in Brussels and his wife run the show, and have done so for over two decades. A four course tasting menu is available for only $90, with any of the special items also available a la carte. We choose to create our own six course tasting menu combining some of the regular menu items with some specials from the tasting menu and having them split so we could enjoy all six items each. There is a good size wine list with a special emphasis on France but good representation from California as well, including labels like DuMol, Peter Michael, Phelps, Caymus, Plumpjack, Hundred Acre, Lewis and Aubert to name a few. About 12 wines are offered by the glass ranging from $11-29, with some half bottles and about 12 choices for bubbles. We started with a Crudo special, then the Lobster Salad, Beef, Lamb, Sole and ended with a special dessert with fresh peach, strawberries and mint. Everything was outstanding, even the smallest accompaniments to every dish like the baby grilled artichokes sung. We washed everything done with a bottle of Turley Zin, which always hits the spot for us. If you have to choose between Grouse Mountain Inn and Mirbabelle, choose Mirabelle. Grouse has a spectacular view but the food at Mirabelle is in a different league.

We were seated at a table that already had a high chair, but it had pooled water which also had soaked the straps. I wiped up the water as best I could, but the straps were going to remain soaked for a long time. Upon asking our waiter for a new high chair, he said he would dry it off- we said the straps were soaked and he said not to worry about it, that he did this all the time. Well he dried off the chair and then covered the straps with a napkin. Sir, we needed the straps to strap our girl in! Anyway... My husband and I ordered the exact same thing- the chopped salad with salmon. Mine arrived with our daughter's pizza, and we asked if his salad was coming, and the waiter who dropped off the food said if we ordered it, yes. Umm ok. As I'm halfway through my salad, our original waiter checks in and says it should be coming. I'm now done with my salad and my toddler is done with her pizza. Waiter returns and says he's going to check with the kitchen. At this point, it's the kiddos' bedtime, so we ask them to make it to-go. Eventually the salad and the check arrive. Nothing is comped and no apologies are given. No excuses have been delivered... short staffed? Rough night? We get it! We didn't receive any reason for the delay. This could have gone SO differently if there was better communication. Upon receipt of the check, I asked if anything could be comped as my husband didn't get to eat. The waiter ended up comping his meal. I shouldn't have had to ask. So, eat, enjoy the view, anticipate poor service.

So I thought it important to hear a review from a local resident who frequents this establishment…read moreregularly. I consider myself a professional diner...meaning I am out 3-4 nights a week, and Northside Kitchen is my most favorite restaurant in the Vail Valley. I usually dine at the bar where either Connor or Brandon are not only offering service with a smile, but are also welcoming everyone who walks through the door! Their custom cocktails are awesome, but I go for their insanely extensive wine by the glass menu!! Caymus, Silver Oak, Duckhorn, Quilt, and about 40 other high end wines are all offered by the glass at Northside! Both 6oz and 9oz pours are available. The dining staff, are professional, pressed, and knowledgeable about wine, food, and professional fine dining service levels. The dining room offers beautiful white linen covered in butchers paper, with the perfect level of lighting to see both the menu and the guests you are dining with. The dining room and porch are modern and clean. The menu items, created by Chef Noah Bender, are delicious! Hand cut steaks and Prime Rib are favs, but don't be afraid to try their pappardelle Bolognese or the fantastic fresh "sea to table" black cod or trout! It's dynamite! You will find the service in the dining room attentive yet not overwhelming. Northside Kitchen to me is one of the most underrated fine dining restaurants in the Vail Valley!! Definitely go give this great spot a try!!
