That the measurements perhaps were not correct. 2) That Wulf Bros. are no longer going to do custom fireplace door installations. Well, well. We have been PATIENTLY waiting since January (1/25/21 was when the order was placed with Stoll. We were told that it would be 3-4 weeks for delivery. It is now Mid May.). There have been 3 individuals in your fireplace section that we have had to work with who subsequently left. The last two had to play catch up from the previous person. Delay after delay, excuse after excuse and now Wulf Bros. are bailing on us? We are now left to start all over again. Being a business owner myself, this is clearly not the way to provide quality customer service! And good customer service is what drives customers through the doors. Needless to say we are very disappointed that after nearly 5 months this is what we are left with.

Every person on-site was polite, respectful, and hardworking, and they made sure the area was clean and tidy at the end of each day. What really stood out was the follow-through. We visited a pool that The Pool Team installed in our area and we were impressed with the quality of the construction. After that we met with Jason at our house and reviewed our site and discussed our wants. He guided us through the process and the results are fantastic! Jason, Len, Chris and the entire Pool Team crew, to the person, were all very professional and were great to deal with. They were like a well oiled machine and worked very efficiently. They did exactly what we agreed to and produced everything in the contract. We felt that we got a great value for our money and we are very happy with our new pool.
