One female worker was providing samples for a gentleman when he asked for recommendations and my cheesemonger asked what kind of cheese texture I generally liked and offered to give me a cheese from three different animals, which I thought was absolutely awesome! She even offered to help me carry my trays out. The veggie tray was awesome, a great size, half pickled half not pickled, the dips were both amazing! We got the green goddess and Calabrian chili aioli and both were such a hit at our get together. The peppers are slightly spicy and were so delicious. We loved the variety of cheese and did not have a single cheese we didn't like. The petite toasts with the meat and cheese board is a must! So good and crispy and a perfect size for a bite. They have an interesting display of exotic meat sticks with proteins such as ostrich, alligator, kangaroo, elk, wild boar, and venison in addition to more traditional proteins. They have a great variety of sauces including sweet, savory, hot, and ultra hot. If you zoom in on the sauces picture, some of the product names are hilarious. They also have a few sweets and other interesting snacks. The shop owner was very friendly and was offering out samples. The sample was garlic beef jerky and we didn't want to ruin our breath for the rest of the day so we passed. My girlfriend picked up a bag of loaded nachos soy jerky to try later on.
