He let me sample the vegan chocolate honeycomb and it was quite crisp and delicate. The texture literally felt like chewing on honeycombs wrapped in chocolate. Yum! I decided to bring home the cocoa butter crisps, which the chef states is made out of Ritz crackers and chocolate. Made me quite intrigued cause when you think of Ritz crackers, you don't automatically think of chocolate. But oh my gosh, I really like them! Perfect balance of chocolate and cracker with a great amount of richness coming from the Belgian chocolate. Loved the caramel flakes on top, as well. Ambiance inside the Partake Collective provides a modern vibe with a quick grab and go experience. I like how Chef Albert's sweets are set up neatly as soon as you turn the corner up the stairs.
