I wish I had come about an hour later in the day because, after ordering, I learned that they have a happy hour from 3 to 5:30 each day where The Truth Taco is $3.50 and other dishes are cheaper as well. I do want to next time I see the truck! So Filipinos have their own version of empanada with the biggest difference being the doughnut. Ours is thicker these are flaky and light and fried. Always good when things are fried! I really like the chicken (could really taste the adobo powder yum!) And the cheese. Very "pully" which i like. Lol the ground beef....hmmmm....not a big fan.
