I found this Bakery through Apple Maps! I was last minute looking for a place to make a cake for my daughters first birthday party. Dani was super helpful with making sure all my needs were taken care of. They were able to make a GREAT cake without Egg! Most other places can't accommodate for that and suggested frozen vegan options! Plus they have a great whipped frosting that topped her cake. My friends and I tried the eggless cake and we couldn't even tell it had no egg in it. The chocolate cake was moist and yummy. As for the cake for everyone else at the party, I got a 3 layer vanilla cake which was fantastic! Everyone gave compliments and even went back for more! I didn't realize how much cake it was haha. I still have some leftovers & they taste great after being in the fridge 2 days later! I definitely was pleased with how they took care of me. I will be back!

Yummy pastries and cute quiet place to meet with friends

So delicious! I'm glad I found this hidden gem in time for my friend's birthday. The puff pastries are devine.

Good food choices but be ready for a wait!…read more I have been to Wheat twice and tried a variety of the vegetarian dishes. I had the Vegetable Lo Mein, Braised Tofu, Mapo Tofu, Fried Rice and Spring Rolls. The Braised Tofu is not very flavorful, so I would avoid that. The Mapo Tofu is absolutely delicious and has that perfect peppercorn kick. It is spicy, so get a sweet drink on the side if you are not a fan of spice. Vegetable Lo Mein is a large quantity with lots of vegetables. Ask for some sauces on the side because it is bland on its own. On the other hand, the Fried Rice is yummy on its own or with the Mapo Tofu. Spring Rolls are a little oily to my liking but are a good vegetarian appetizer option. I will say that this place is always packed, even on weekdays and sometimes the wait staff forgets about you. It took several rounds to get them to take our order, give the food or even get the check at the end. I will try it out next time at lunch time because maybe it is a little faster. I plan to be back for the Mapo Tofu and Fried Rice

I was excited to finally try Wheat with my friends, and while the food that we ordered was good and…read morecame out relatively fast, we all felt that our waiter was very rude and judgmental. For example, when my friend told him that she wanted to order the beef intestine soup, he straight up said "uh are you sure? I think it's bad, I don't like that dish" which we all thought was a very strange thing to say. A lot of their menu items looked really good and while initially I thought that I would want to come back sometime and try them, the attitude of the waiter was so off putting that I highly doubt I'll ever be back here.

For a truly unique experience of coffees, teas, and other beverages this is the place to visit…read more With three locations to choose from they're easy to find! And it all started way back when being sold from a bicycle that was converted to dispense coffee! My spouse had an Americano and I had the Amalgamation cold brew tea when I saw someone walk by with it. He said it was very tart, but I thought I'd try it anyway. It's Very Heavy on the hibiscus tea, which is all I could taste, in spite of lemongrass, peppermint, orange peel, and cacaco nibs being in it too. I had some honey added, but that wasn't enough to temper the tartness so added some sugar, which only had a little effect. It wasn't until I added some half and half that it became better. That's my taste buds. Anyone else's may be different, but with or without the cream, it's a very pretty drink. We brought the cinnamon roll home to have later, but it smells divine. BTW, I love the small tables. Colorful and very intricately painted.
