The food was to salty employees don't care much about anything won't be back here any time soon

Asked if we could order a cup of coleslaw at the window (we were the only people in line). She said we'd have to go back through the line, again were the only ones in line and had just ordered. Then after giving us our drinks asked us to pull up. like bruh you can't add a cup of coleslaw but we can pull up to wait on food? be so for real. On top of that forget all our sauces, forks and napkins and when we had to come inside, no customer service skills from anyone. Updated Review for 2023 CRITIC: This location is getting better. They are super fast at getting the orders out. The chicken is carefully cooked to perfection & I was highly impressed. The location is a bit busy usually, but that means they're serving up good food. The atmosphere is enticing & you will be salivating as you get into the parking lot & take a look at their menu. One thing I would give as constructive feedback is that they are slightly holding back a bit on the sauce. Don't be afraid to lather it on! Will be back to update this review in July. read more

New restaurant to Grenada. I saw a sign that said it opened May 15th of 2017. So this is a brand new restaurant. I'm surprised that I'm the first one to review after being open for about 4 or 5 months. menu items ordered: Big Zac Snack meal. This comes with bread, chicken fingers, fries and a drink. This usually is all I ever order at any Zaxbys. I have to say I enjoyed my lunch. However, as I sit here inside having my lunch, it is so cold-that I barely can type with my fingers. All I can think about is getting out of here and into my truck on my way to Tennessee for my visit or vacation. The customer service was about average as I got waited on within about 3 minutes and received my order in about another 4 minutes. I Worker even came by my table and picked up my tray after I was through eating my lunch. Now- How cool is that. read more

So tasty! If your looking for something quick and delicious this is it. We're traveling cross country and wanted something good. Stopped here and yes , we were pleased. I got the snack pack, which comes with 3 tenders, fries and a drink. I also go the signature Zaxs sauce. The chicken was juicy and tender and well seasoned, right along with the fries. Everything tasted so fresh. They also have one of those coca-cola mix machines which is always fun. This location was especially clean and the employees greeted you as you walked in and referred to you as "guest #blah blah". "Yes mamas and thank you very much's". Kinda classy for fast food! The people were nice when we ordered from the drive through. My husband ordered the chicken sandwich meal. The chicken tasted old and there wasn't enough sauce on the sandwich. I ordered the boneless barbecue wings. They were nothing to rave about and a bit dry. The toast that came with it was really salty. Our fries were fresh and hot. We will not go back. read more

Good food but overpriced....the workers here are better than all the other fast food workers in town so that's a huge plus

Ok, just to keep it short. This place told me that they charge $25 delivery fee. I'm just down the street at the Holiday Inn and the manager of this store tonight told me I'd have to pay a $25 delivery fee if I got my $15 order delivered. Has anyone else heard of this? The staff was very quick and friendly. And the food was amazing! We showed up close to closing time in a large moving truck that couldn't fit through the drive-thru so we called and they allowed us to order from the parking lot. 5 stars to Bradley who was extremely accommodating and showed great customer service! read more

Stopped here 11/21/2017 with my family and had an excellent experience. This location has been open for about 6 months now. The tables and floor were all very clean. The decor wasn't the typical Zaxby's decor, but it was still nice. We were served quickly and received fresh, hot food within minutes. They had one of those 100 flavor soda fountains and all of the flavors seemed to be available. My wife said the sweet tea was good. All in all a very nice dining experience and we will not hesitate to stop here again. read more

The chicken was super fresh and delicious. My fries were a little on the salty side. I ordered a 4 piece finger plate with no slaw, extra fries. He ordered 6 piece finger plate dipped in tongue torch sauce, no slaw extra toast. We also had an order of fried white cheddar bits and his nasty fried shrooms. Everything was fresh and hot. The whole place was very clean and the staff was very nice. read more

My favorite chicken in town! Always the best service! The only negative thing, is that they charge for sauce.
